L’esperienza nell’appartamento di Fabrizio è stata meravigliosa. Fabrizio si è dimostrato un host cordiale e super disponibile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza. L’appartamento si trova in un carinissimo residence estivo, che nei giorni della nostra prenotazione (a cavallo del capodanno) si presentava silenziosissimo e super tranquillo. Lo abbiamo scelto per questo e per la posizione privilegiata, a due passi dall’autostrada, così da permetterci facilmente gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente sia in inverno che in estate per la posizione, le spiagge bellissime e i luoghi stupendi e facili da raggiungere in macchina.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! ❤️Beautiful views for breakfast with family made our mornings there unforgettable. 🌊 It was harder to understand the system of collection of litter, 🗑️ which must be sorted and put to the doors every night, but it is ok 🛁🚰 The capacity of the boiler was limited and it wasn’t so comfortable for a family of 4 when everyone needed to take a shower at the morning or evening. But even with those notes, this house is a gem 💎✨ and I would recommend staying there for ultimate Sicilian vacation 🍋

Location da sogno: l’azzurro del mare davanti agli occhi e la voce delle onde a cullarti mentre ci si addormenta. Tutti gli spazi interni della casa sono ampi e ben vivibili. Il terrazzo loggiato è ospitale e consente di cenare fuori e stare in compagnia del mare. Aria condizionata ben funzionante in tutta la casa. Spiaggia meravigliosa a due ( davvero 2 )passi. Sempre a 2 passi ottima pizzeria da asporto e due bar che offrono gelati e cannoli di gran qualità . Despar vicinissima. Si può dimenticare l auto . Sampieri è incantevole e fa innamorare. E’ un paese che ti entra nell’anima, con le sue case basse dei pescatori , la sabbia dorata , le palme di via Miramare e la fornace bruciata a vegliare a distanza e a delimitare l orizzonte. E la casa di Eleonora ha permesso di vivere questo sogno con tutte le comodità di una casa propria. Host molto amichevole e disponibile. Ottimi i consigli dei ristoranti a Modica e Scicli. Grazie di tutto . Sicuramente torneremo.

Tutto perfetto. Alloggio funzionale, climatizzato e ben posizionato, vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al centro di Pozzallo. Arrivando in macchina il parcheggio privato è stato molto apprezzato Nino gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. I suoi consigli hanno reso ancora più bello il nostro soggiorno. E' stato un vero piacere conoscerlo e il nostro è sicuramente un arrivederci

Det var fullkomligt underbart att bo här! Jättefin lägenhet med lång balkong mot torget och havet. Mycket kort bit till stranden. Vi somnade och vaknade till vågskvalp. Antonino och Francesca var otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma. Vi har inte bil så vi kom med tåg och Antonino hämtade oss vid stationen och skjutsade oss dit när vi åkte därifrån. Tack för underbara dagar hos er😃

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane di assoluto relax in questa bellissima casa di pietra, tranquilla, ben curata, ideale per una famiglia di quattro persone, a pochissimi metri dal mare nella zona più antica di Sampieri con barche di pescatori e case affacciate sul mare. Insomma, un posto perfetto per coniugare mare, tranquillità e visite alle meravigliose città e siti di interesse che questa parte di Sicilia offre.

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questa casa vicino al mare. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, ideale per chi ama fare lunghe passeggiate sulla sabbia e godersi il mare in ogni momento della giornata. La casa è ben tenuta, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La cucina è ben attrezzata e il soggiorno è accogliente, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di sole. Tuttavia, devo sottolineare un uaspetto negativo: il letto nella camera da letto principale è davvero scomodo e pende verso il centro. Dopo un paio di notti si sente il disagio alla schiena, rendendo difficile dormire bene la notte. È un peccato perché tutto il resto è eccellente, ma questo è sicuramente un punto che necessita di miglioramento. In conclusione, consiglio questa casa per la sua posizione fantastica e per la qualità generale degli ambienti, ma spero vivamente che il problema del letto venga risolto per rendere l’esperienza di soggiorno unica.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The location could not have been more perfect — just steps from the beach and a short walk to the charming little center full of lovely restaurants and cafes. The villa itself was spotless on arrival, and you could tell great care is taken to maintain it. Every room was beautifully furnished, and the breathtaking views of the ocean made every morning feel like a dream. The outdoor spaces were just as impressive, with a lovely terrace where we enjoyed breakfast each day while listening to the sound of the waves. Being so close to the beach and town made it easy to relax and truly make the most of our holiday. We can't recommend this villa highly enough — it was the perfect getaway, and we are already looking forward to returning!

nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez claudio.une excellente adresse que nous recommandons. l'accueil excellent de Claudio et Mario. logement conforme a la description et aux photos, au calme dans un superbe environnement. Claudio a toujours de belles attentions pour ses hôtes (tomates, bananes, fruits de la passion). nous vous conseillons le repas proposer par Claudio (bonne soirée avec un excellent repas). Encore un grand merci Claudio.

The apartment is nice and very close to the sea, we could go to the beach and come back few times a day. It has a nice garden and it feels grand. Also laying in the chair on the terrace during siesta was one of my favorites. The Conad is 5-10 mins away and cafes along the shore just few minutes away.

Giuliana, Host Meravigliosa, accogliente e deliziosa, Animo gentile e vero come la Sua Casa e Sampieri. Corte interna stupenda e spazio silenzioso e in armonia con il paesaggio. Grazie a lei potrò andare avanti portando con me i suoi spazi familiari e gentili.

Beautiful home in a peaceful location. The veranda is the best part of this home, we sat outside and enjoyed breakfast at the outdoor table in the sun, perfect. Location is 20 min walk to the beach (downhill on the way there so quite uphill on the way back!) not loads in the immediate area but there is a Eurospar (shop) with all groceries. Otherwise perfectly fine with a car as within 10/15 min drive you can find a lot. Giorgio was a lovely host, even though he couldn’t meet us he was responsive and helpful. Lovely relaxing stay.

We stayed at Biaggio's luxury appartement for 1 month and had the chance to explore everything in the nearby area as well as some places further away which he recommended and all of them were great. But the best part of course was the appartement itself and Biaggio's wonderful hospitality. During our 6 week trip through Italy he was by far the kindest and most caring host of them all. 10/10 !!!

Fantastic stay in beautiful house, and a very positive and responsive host:) Worth noting is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach with poor sidewalks for baby strollers. We ended up driving instead. Also good to know that restaurants in town open first at 7:30 pm which was too late for us with small kids. We ended up having pizza takeout or cooking ourselves in the evening. All in all, a great stay!

Appartamento ampio e luminoso, con balcone soleggiato. Molto pulito. E' situato sulla passeggiata lungomare di Marina di Ragusa, vicino alla piazzetta pedonale con bar e ristoranti. Alessandro è stato gentile e disponibile.

Hello, we just got back from Sicily and we had a fantastic experience! Rita and Lothar is simply are amazing hosts. The apartment is clean and spacious, from a quick walk away from the sandy beach. The apartment comes with beach supplies, so you can save between 18-25 euros every day;) The apartment also has an espresso machine( what I loved 🥰). The beds are super comfortable 🙏 I highly recommend this place for anyone who has kids, because the beach is shallow and warm. Bakery and supermarkets are within 10 minutes reach by foot.

Good location and absolutely fabulous view from the large terrace. Eight minutes walk to the main piazza downtown, probably less than that to the beach. The apartment is small but comfortable. It has the basics but no real extras (only coffee maker is a stovetop espresso maker, no dishtowels, for example). Communication with Fabrizio was easy. There was an issue with the wifi but we worked something out with Fabrizio. I would stay there again, but would verify the wifi situation first.

Abbiamo trascorso gli ultimi giorni della nostra vacanza in questo alloggio e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione dell'annuncio: pulita, ben curata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione era perfetta, con il mare a pochi passi e la scelta tra alcuni lidi attrezzati o una grande spiaggia libera. Anche il centro è facilmente raggiungibile, con tante bancarelle, ristorantini tipici e aree gioco per i bambini. Grazie di tutto!

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern für zwei Wochen in der Wohnung von Fabia und Enrico. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken und Enrico hat uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Die Meersicht von der Terrasse ist unbeschreiblich schön, sogar den Sonnenuntergang sieht man. Der Strand ist gleich vor der Haustür, eine sehr leckere Gelateria sowie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein paar Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Enrico ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, antwortet stets sehr schnell und hat mich sogar zu einem Doktor gefahren, als ich eine Angina erwischt hatte. Herzlichen Dank für alles Enrico, es war sehr schön!

Perfect appartment. Salvatore was very open and communication with him was excelent. Appartment looks much better than in photos. Very cosy, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Parking lot 100m from flat, beach another 150m+. Many places to go, lunapark for children open daily and was next to the parking lot. We really enjoyed the stay here. Thank you very much.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giovanna et Antonio. Tout était parfait. Ce sont des gens très accueillants et très réactifs qui sont à vos petits soins et qui sont de très bons conseils. Le logement est très propre et moderne. Il est également très bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques avec une belle piscine. C'est un petit coin de paradis, nos 2 enfants étaient ravis. La plage se situe a 5 minutes à pied mais une voiture est indispensable pour visiter la belle région. Allez y les yeux fermés! Très bon prix pour la qualité.
