Stay in the guest house on our farm outside Leksand

Come and stay in the guest house on our farm. A 50-square-meter cottage with an open floor plan and patio in a beautiful location. The farm is located in the village of Hälla, 5 km outside of Leksand. There is a bed of 140 cm and a sofa bed of 140 cm. Kitchen with coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Bathroom with shower and small washing machine. Fireplace. Here you live in the countryside and around the farm there are live farms with cows. You are within walking distance to the swimming area at Dalälven and the Dalkarlsvägen hiking trail.

Own small cozy house in Borlänge

A small, fantastically cozy house that is well-planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to everything Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the nature paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and Falu Mine, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the beds and remove the linens before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!

FredrikLars farm at Nordmarksbergs Mansion

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Close to slalom slope, (Säfsen resort) cross country tracks, snowmobile trails, forests and lakes, hiking, mtb, fishing etc. About 200 meters to grocery store, pizzeria/pub, bakery and gas station. Full-equipped kitchen, Wifi, TV with great variety, outdoor barbecue area. Possibility to rent bed linen and terry 150 SEK/person and stay. We do not accept pets. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Proximity to the ski slope and high position overlooking Yxsjön! Here is the swimming area with jetty just in front of the house. And ski tracks/exercise tracks just around the corner. About 40 minutes drive to Säfsen, about 1 hour drive to Romme Alpin and 20 minutes to Fjällberget. Cuddle up next to the fireplace and enjoy the sunset before bed. In the winter, experience the white landscape, walk or ski on the frozen lake. Alpine or cross-country skiing in close driving proximity.

Warm welcome to Spelbo! The house is located by Lake Norrmogen. The lake is to the south and to the north is the vast forest. Sleeping places upstairs: one double bed. Free access to wood-fired sauna. In Ramsberg (9 km) there is a popular unmanned grocery store! Hope you enjoy your stay in this simple and quiet place! Maisans Stuga is a small but nice cottage. It is idyllically located right on the water. You can swim in the lake, fish, hike in the surrounding nature, cycle, read on the porch directly on the lake or simply enjoy the view and unwind. In Kloten, about 10 km away, there is the possibility to rent canoes or bicycles. In Kopparberg, about 12 km away, there are good shopping opportunities, cafes, restaurants, museums...
