El espacio de la cocina, comedor y sala de estar forman un solo ambiente muy cálido y distinguido que culmina en una gran balconada con barandilla de madera típica de los balcones de esta plaza de la ciudad, y suelo de baldosas rústicas de barro recuperadas de la antigua casa.
