Beautiful place a block off of Main St. super close to the shops and restaurants but far enough that it was peaceful.

Simple and completely relaxing. The bed was outstanding. We enjoyed the quiet and the relaxing atmosphere. Very peaceful. The host was so accommodating and proactive to our needs. Loved the body wash and hair care products. The induction hot plate made it easy to prepare a simple meal. And a thumbs up on the selection of teas. We will keep this one on our list for the next time we come to the area.

Extremely responsive and proactive hosts for a gorgeous property. They even setup their green egg for grilling. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Beautiful place, GREAT location! Pretty much walked everywhere. Perfect size for a little getaway. Loved the option for coffee. Overall 10/10 Will definitely keep this on our list to stay at again.

Loved our stay at the Blanco Rapids Ranch!! Beautiful property with amazing views of the Blanco River and lots of room to roam! Perfect for a romantic sunset walk and wonderful to wake up here, it was all we imagined and more. Loved the peaceful vibe of the place, and the goats all around. Even made friends with the owners' dog who we took a walk with--- Definitely want to come back again! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Wonderful location on the river and the nicest host! The unit is small but worked perfectly for our family of 4 (+ 2 dogs). We had everything we needed, and Mary Ann was so helpful and responsive. It was a nice float on the river from the dam to the last exit (just long enough). The walk back to the house is doable but I’m glad we had someone to pick us up. One thing to note, all table/chair seating is outside on the patio. There were a couple times we wished there was a small table (even if just a bistro set) inside, but definitely not that big of a deal. We had a slight scare on our last night and had to call an ambulance. Mary Ann was so kind, helpful and understanding. Couldn’t ask for a better host.

Very communicative, host and close to main Street and Boerne.

Laurina (Rina) is a magnificent host. She made us feel like family even before we checked in. Her place is spacious, she has thought of practically every kitchen amenity you could want, including stocking the fridge with all sorts of condiments and the bathroom with lots of extra items. The bed is comfortable, there are lots of towels and her place is private and quiet. A+++

Place was great and Dagmara was a great host. Was in town for Luck Reunion and it worked out perfectly.

My two children and I enjoyed our stay so much, we miss it already! The location was about 32 minutes away from the event that we came for, but when I tell you I am soooo thankful that we booked this unit? I mean it! The location made the trip feel like a true vacation. The Hills, the view, the wild life(we saw plenty deer), and the peaceful neighborhood! PERFECT! I’ve never heard my children express NOT wanting to leave, but I get it because deep down inside I wanted to stay too! Mrs. Elizabeth was super responsive and very kind! Oh! And If you think the upstairs unit is something, please have a look at the bottom unit, it is equally beautiful and more spacious (that’ll be where we book next). These hosts truly outdid themselves and we can’t wait to return, we are already planning for the summer! Thank you all again!

This place was an amazing and extremely unique experience! We went for New Years and slept with the walls open and watched gorgeous panoramic views of sunrises and sunsets. There were adorable butterflies flying in and out of our room, there were 6 or so deer roaming beneath our deck and a fat squirrel I named Steve kept running around the cliff near us with his girlfriend Stella. Sonia was amazing and responsive and provided us with space heaters and heated blankets when I told her we planned to sleep with all of the doors open. You must stay here! It was so cool!

Despite the freezing weather, this was an awesome experience. Definitely want to come back when it’s warmer though

Great location near the downtown area of Fredericksburg with simple access and a clean, comfortable inside.

We felt very welcome and comfortable staying at Woody's Texan #2...The atmosphere was very inviting, seemed as if it was a second home...The Rustic accommodations where quite pleasant. Woody knew all the current events keeping us well informed of locations and prime times for arrivals...Thanks so much Woody, We will see you again! Teddy & Jhenii

Andy’s place is a perfect getaway! Some may find the size too small but it was exactly what was described and how I pictured it! There was a beautiful hand drawn map of the property which made it easy to walk around, and the recommendations for the best town of Blanco were lovely. Definitely worth the stay and will come back again when I have the chance!

Nancy's place was wonderful for a weekend getaway. Nancy greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. It was peaceful and quiet and also only a 5 minute walk to Boerne Square. We had all the amenities we could need and more. Nancy made us feel right at home with some goodies she provided from Bear Moon bakery and snacks for us and our baby when we checked in. That was really a nice touch! We will definitely return.

Claire is just Wonderful. Was there to greet us upon arrival. Full tour of our unit. Explained everything. Huge parking lot. Quiet, Peaceful, and full of charm.

Everything about the room was perfect. Very secluded but still less than 5 minutes from town. Best part is sitting on the porch in the morning and watching Billy the bison walking about. Couldn’t recommend it enough

We will definitely be coming back here! Super clean, close to “downtown” Gruene and incredibly cute and comfortable.

The place is in a beautiful location with plenty of deer walking in and around the yard. The main house is very unique build and decor inside and out. The backyard is fully fenced with wood frame with see through wire. The second smaller house was included and was perfect for my girlfriends’ daughter to have her own private cottage while she attended a friends wedding Saturday. The bathtub on the back porch has enough privacy and is a really neat experience if you want to take a bath and experience the nature and beauty of the deer walking through the ravine behind the property. We had a great stay and would consider coming back one day.
