If we could give 6 stars we would! Jessica was incredibly communicative throughout the trip, and gave us wonderful directions for finding the Airbnb in the middle of the night after our flight was delayed. The Owl’s Nest itself was one of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed. You are truly immersed in the woods, with a beautiful balcony extending into the trees for a full panoramic view. Although we were only there for a quick visit, we will be returning to enjoy a longer stay sometime soon!

We enjoyed our stay at The Corner House studio while in town for a high school reunion and visiting family. The place is very big for a studio with a large kitchen with plenty of counter space. It is easily walkable (about .4 mile) to the downtown of Boonsboro where there are a couple of places to eat. We enjoyed walking around looking at all the historic houses, and there was a self guided walking tour map that we picked up of the downtown area. There are many historic sites, hiking trails, antique malls and national parks near the house. Parking was easy and convenient, door lock is a code so easy entry, house was very clean, great use of space, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are here visiting family.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was exactly what we were hoping for a quick anniversary getaway. It was very clean, cozy, and there were thoughtful extra details that made it easy to navigate a new place. There is a fairly extensive “renters agreement” to sign that opens you up to the potential for extra charges for negative situations but we didn’t run into any of that. Overall a lovely stay for a good price and location.

This is a beautiful Airbnb! I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and it is clear that Kriste goes above and beyond to provide a good experience. The condo is immaculate and the kitchen well stocked with nice pans, and a great coffee maker. The living room is wonderfully sunny with comfortable furniture, and the bedrooms were dark and quiet, which surprised me for a home on Market Street. I had my grown kids come spend a night and my son used the sleeper sofa. He said he slept really well. On top of the condo being clean and comfortable, the location can’t be beat. It is a couple of blocks from Carroll creek and a plethora of really good restaurants. We walked all over the city and had a relaxing and fun two weeks.

This is by far the most immaculate AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. Charming, cozy, near Gettysburg, this place was perfect. I hope to be back to finish seeing all the Gettysburg attractions!

Just what we wanted. Right in town where we could walk everywhere we wanted to. Mornings were checking up on our horse out away from town, and late afternoon and evening were for wandering around and checking up on everything and then deciding on one of the great places to have dinner. Ava was great for communicating with as needed. Responses were always very quick. Check in and check out we’re really easy! Nice clean place!

Heather and Brian’s home was amazing. The check-in process was very easy and simple and the place was very clean and organized. The neighbors were very nice as well and welcomed us into the building. My favorite part was the large balcony that overlooked the town. Would highly recommend this stay!

This BnB is in contention for my FAVORITE stay of all time. Family of 6 adults and 1 child had more than enough space, and Jeanne really made our stay effortless. We felt right at home and we didn't have to make that last minute trip to the store you sometimes have to make bc the host skimped on providing toilet paper or dish soap, because she honestly thought of EVERYTHING ❤️ My granddaughter loved the pool and dips in the hot tub after swimsmade the adults happy. The location and view are to die for, and the two pups were ecstatic playing in the large fenced area. We spent a lot of time outside, plenty of furniture, fire pit, just eating dinner on the deck. (Missing NOTHING in the kitchen either!) Our last night we spent sitting and talking on the deck trying to identify the multitude of frog voices from the pond, before we parted ways to our various home states. I am most grateful for memories made and we are definitely considering a repeat! ❤️Thank you!

My time at this Airbnb was great! Lan was an amazing host and made me feel right at home. The place was amazing and so cute!! Honestly, better than the pictures. She was so friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I had every I needed, plus more. The place is so local to some great places, and restaurants. Also the detail in this Airbnb was incredible, so amazing! If I’m ever in the Buffalo area I will stay Again! Thank you

The Madison is a wonderful place to stay. Furnishings and bedding are all top notch. The location is just a few blocks from the Frederick business district. One thing to note if you are visiting in the summer is that the house does run warm- - thermostat is set to 73 and guests are instructed not to turn it any lower. I live in an old house so I understand. This does leave the upstairs rather warm so if you don't like to sleep in 74-75ish degrees, The Madison might not be the best choice for you. However, I found the bathrooms to be squeaky clean, the bedding to be just as good as what I have in my own home, and the restaurants/shopping in town to be lots of fun. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in 1 of Marissa's properties again.

This is an amazing home. So quiet and peaceful with all the right touches. We can’t wait to stay again. Jules goes above and beyond to create a space that makes you feel like real guests and not just a customer.

The location was perfect for my family coming from out of Town. The house was super clean and the grounds are beautiful. It's quiet and peaceful and great for a larger group with plenty of beds.

This place was perfect! It was exactly as described in the listing. Everything was clean and comfy. The details were great and made for a really enjoyable stay! The location was ideal, close to downtown Frederick and quiet. The host, Nicole, was so helpful and very responsive to all our questions. We will definitely be back to Groovy Crib!

Duane and Matt were absolutely wonderful hosts! They helped make our quick weekend getaway truly unforgettable. Every amenity at the property was thoughtfully provided, and our daughters enjoyed every bit of it. Even while traveling internationally, Duane remained incredibly attentive and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. One of the highlights for our girls was getting to meet a baby sheep—such a thoughtful and special touch! They were especially taken with little Pinky Pie and are still talking about her. Thank you again, Duane, for sharing your beautiful property and creating such a memorable experience for our family!

Tara was a wonderful host! Communicated all the details required for a great stay! The place had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The entire place was super clean and well furnished. The apartment was also very spacious. The entire space has been renovated and modernized and felt very comfortable. The place is in a historic/old row home and is one of four (?) apartments. So there can be some neighbor noise from the other apartments. The building is on a busier street of Frederick and the old windows do not block out street noise very well. It is a great location that is walking distance to the downtown area as well as the carol creek park. If we come back, we will definitely book again!

This Airbnb was perfect for a holiday weekend in Frederick. The location was perfect and walkable for all of the shops and restaurants. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host were very responsive and provided all the instructions we needed. We will definitely be looking to stay here again when we come back- thank you!

What a wonderful place to stay! Everything about this was easy. The unit is just as the pictures portray the space. Super clean, well appointed, spacious. So much attention to detail -- lovely decor, but also the coffee station, the charging dock, lint brushes, luxurious bedding, blankets, ceiling fans (which you don't see very often in the north, but we southerners need and appreciate!). Yes, the restaurant below makes noise, but I don't want that to take away from how nice this space is. And within walking distance of all the lovely things downtown Frederick has to offer. Should we need to return to Frederick and need this much space, we will be back at this location. Highly, highly recommend Anne and her loft apartment!!

The place was so cozy and in a perfect location for visiting Frederick. We could walk to coffee, dinner, and downtown. Great stay! Christen was very responsive. My friend and I will be back next year!

Misha is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and welcoming. I got in later than I had hoped and the Navigation took me somewhere else but she walked me through how to correct and make it to her location. Very clean as others have mentioned and very personable. Would definitely book again if I were in the area.
