Welcome to the apartment "Buntspecht" in the Blockhausen Forest Adventure Center! Our lovingly designed apartment is located within a large log cabin and offers a cozy home with fireplace, kitchen in the open living area and gallery bedroom. Surrounded by the Erzgebirge, you can enjoy pure nature. Ski resorts and the Seiffen Toy Village can be reached in less than 30 minutes. The city of Freiberg, with a historic mountain parade on the 2nd Advent and beautiful Dresden are also worth a trip.

The furnishings with many loving details characterize the character of mining and leave nothing to be desired. You will enjoy your stay in a completely newly built apartment in a Huthaus from 1858 in the old mining area of the Himmelsfürst mine. Whether on foot or by car, there is much to discover from here. V podhůří Krušných hor nedaleko Karlových Varů a Klínovce jsme z historické stodoly vytvořili jedinečný prostor pro společné chvíle, klid i odpočinek. Lokalita je skvělá pro výlety do hor (Jáchymov, Boží Dar nebo Oberwiesenthal) stejně jako pro objevování okolí. Čeká vás velkorysý společný prostor s výhledem do krajiny, krb, dlouhý stůl pro společné snídaně i večeře, sauna (od 09/2026) a dvě oddělené ložnice. Na terase máme k dispozici koupací sud (použití za příplatek).

Our apartment is quietly and centrally located in the Rechenberg district as an ideal starting point for hikes into the surrounding forests. We are easily accessible by both car and train. Rechenberg train station is only about 5 minutes walk away. The Rechenberger Ökobad is a 200 m walk away. The cross-country ski areas in Nassau or Holzhau can be reached quickly. Rechenberg is also right on the Blockline, a mountain bike route with a total of 15 stages.

A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.
