We offer a cozy, newly furnished 2 room apartment with wonderful mountain views in a converted farmhouse on the outskirts of Bernau. The farm is in a quiet and dreamy location. To the north is Lake Chiemsee, in the south is the mountains. Direct connection to the hiking trails to the first Chiemgauer Almen. Alter Salinweg / Kampenwand / Gedererwand 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes walking to the center of town. 15 minutes by bike and 10 minutes by car to Lake Chiemsee.

Apartment near the lake

The cozy apartment (43 square meters) with private entrance is located on the 2nd floor of a listed courtyard within walking distance of Lake Simssee. The farm is located in the Riedering district of Beuerberg directly on the main road towards Prien am Chiemsee. The living room with kitchenette and sofa bed is connected by an open staircase to the sleeping area (double bed) (no door). The large garden with seating can also be used. E-bikes can be rented for a fee.

It is an ideal retreat from which wonderful tours can be undertaken. The house has a small wooded area with its own viewing platform.

Tiny house Simsee

Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Vom Bahnhof Bad Endorf sind es ca 50 Min nach München bzw. Salzburg.

Forest house

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free parking space available on the premises.
