Monthly Rentals in Frankston

The property was fairly centrally located with the bay a very short walk away. The property was well maintained and clean, tidy and we made use of the washer / dryer. We were welcomed with an assortment of snacks (cookies/chocolates) which thr kids loved! Great stay! thank you so much

Steven’s place is charming 3 bedroom unit situated at the back of the block with a decent size backyard. It looks recently renovated, has all the amenities you might require for a short or long stay, and is conveniently located minutes away from supermarket, restaurants and shops and a train station. The only thing to keep in mind the unit is right next to the train line and there is some noise coming from the trains passing by. Overall we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this place

Karen and Peter were the most amazing hosts. From the moment we arrived until the time we packed up to leave, they were incredibly friendly, helpful and caring, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful recommendations and always being available if we had any questions. Their home was perfect for our stay as it was cozy, clean and equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. We couldn't have asked for better hosts or a more comfortable place to stay. If you're looking for a welcoming and well-equipped home with exceptional hospitality, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Evelyne’s portrayal of her accommodation is very accurate. She is a very attentive and responsive host. Her apartment is very well appointed, very clean. We love to cook and she had everything we needed. Including a blender which was a very welcome surprise. The shower is fantastic. Everything was spotless. We thoroughly recommend her place.
