Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Franklin County

My stay at the Red Rose was amazing! Right for the bat the owners were so friendly, kind, generous, and helpful. They even gave me some recommendations of things to do around the area. When you walk in, it feels so cozy and welcoming. Truly a special experience. I got some of the best sleep of my life in their back bedroom. The kitchen was stocked of great cooking supplies that came in handy for me since I love to cook! Came fully stocked with towels, body soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo+conditioner, feminine/masculine products, a coffee bar, and even some condiments + drinks in the fridge! Kevin was amazing with communication all throughout my stay, I was very impressed. If you need somewhere to stay in Rumford, skip the hotels, come straight here and have a peaceful getaway.

The cabin is super convenient for sure love where we were skiing. It was a beautiful cabin with descriptions and amenities listed, and photos provided spot on. We would recommend this for anyone and everyone!

Second time staying here and it was just as beautiful as I remember it. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Hope to be back again!

Adding to the many reviews that say how incredible this place is: an easy commute to Saddleback for those looking to ski (as well as into town and to the lakes, too). Brand new, beautiful place with a fully stocked kitchen that worked well for our three small families to spend a weekend together. Really appreciated the extra touches for children, including the dishes. While the weather was cold and rainy, we were able to all be comfortable and cozy by the fire inside. Thanks to Kyle for the opportunity to stay!

This house is STUNNING! We really enjoyed our time in such a cozy, fully stocked space. It made our winter getaway just perfect and we will absolutely be back :)

Beautiful place, would definitely return! the area was private and quiet which was what we were looking for. we enjoyed seeing the cattle and sitting outside by the fire pit. our dog had a great time as well. host communicated well and was flexible.

This place was amazing! A super easy quick drive to the start of the Sugarloaf Marathon. So many nice home touches. And Amber even offered to let us check out late so I could come back and shower after the marathon.

Katie was very responsive and her place was perfect for a ski trip. Has everything you need and perfect location to the mountain and lots of restaurants. Would definitely rent again!

I had a great stay at Michael's apartment/condo. The unit was extremely clean, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. It has more than everything you'd need to cook for yourself. And, the view is pretty fantastic, too--it looks right across the valley to Sunday River and up towards Old Speck and the Grafton Notch area. I'd not hesitate to stay again.

Andy’s place was perfect! I stayed here for the Sugarloaf marathon - you can’t find a closer spot to the start line! Beautiful area with tons of trails right on the property. Quiet, peaceful, and very private. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Linda and Bruce were fabulous host. The walking path down to the trout pond was enjoyable. The views outside were spectacular and you also had a great view from inside. I would definitely stay there again and bring my husband the next time. Thank you Linda and Bruce

The apartment is located in a very charming and atmospheric building. Inside, everything is clean, neat, and beautifully arranged. There were plenty of towels, and the interior was lovely — I especially liked the beautiful vintage plates. The host was kind and attentive, and everything was organized on time and smoothly. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it!

Easy quick getaway for ski/snowboard trip

Good location, easy access to the hill by either driving or shuttle. The condo was fine for our group of four. Kitchen had everything to cook for that many. Very comfortable. thanks

We were very happy with Pam's place. it is clean and comfortable and has a cool eclectic vibe. Excellent equipped kitchen, lots of towels in the bathroom. The Hill is very accessible from Pam's place, only a 10 minute drive away. Nice pub with craft beer down the hallway, a nice surprise. Great value for us Canucks, we will be back!

This was an excellent condo for us before and after the Sugarloaf road race. It was very clean and welcoming. The hosts were attentive and proactive with information. We would absolutely stay here again!

Second time there in spring and summer had an awesome time and Eka was unbelievable

Awesome condo for a ski weekend and within walking distance to one of the best restaurants and ski bars in town. Quick drive to the mountain in the morning and you are on a lift in a short amount of time. Zach was great and we would stay here again.

Shawn’s place was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Directly across the street from the Health and Fitness Center and 60 seconds to the base. Had a great trip for some Spring skiing. Great location and value for the price we paid. Thank you.

Great location, easy ski in/ski out access, and the hot tub is lovely! A great lower cost option for a larger group if you don't mind twin beds/room sharing. Becky is very detailed and helpful.
