Condo holiday rentals in Franklin County

I am one of a pair of women who took the space together during a summer weekend. We LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this airbnb. Cannot say enough fabulous stuff about it! Attractive condo space- two large bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, one setup for each of us. I would say the condo size was average [I am sure she lists the actual footage somewhere],but we kept commenting how comfortable and fun the whole layout would be for a family or group of friends! It seemed like enough open space in the living room and kitchen for people to spread out comfortably and mingle; the living room has a fireplace and there are family games stored in the second bedroom. Decorated nicely, kitchen had any pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. we needed. Out the back was a beautiful view of the pond, visited often (in the summer) by a family of ducks. A/C made us very comfortable. Win, win, win! No, we are not related to the owner! Cheers.

We spent February school vacation week with my boys and parents at Pam's wonderful condo. Communication was great and all features were perfectly as described. I was previously a seasonal renter, and Pam's condo is about as convenient as it gets while also being spacious and quiet. The 3 floors have ample space for spending time together playing games and relaxing before and after skiing. The kitchen is well appointed and great for having quick breakfasts or long comfortable dinners together. The ski locker and mudroom made getting my boys in and out of the gear simple and kept our stuff dry and well organized. Lastly, I would note that unlike many rental condos that have a hodge podge of furniture and linens, Pam's is well appointed and cohesive - it felt very comfortable and home like. Great stay! As described. Pretty much 20 steps, strap in and 50 yards to the Snubber lift. Will consider again next time I head up to The Loaf...

Doug is absolutely a superhost. His condo was as advertised and perfect for two families. My children and our best friend’s kids had the greatest time of their lives staying at Doug’s place. If you are looking to create lifelong memories with those closest to you, whether its family or your closest friends you can do it right here. Doug was incredible and responsive, we hope to have another opportunity to stay in the future.

This condo is extremely convenient for all things Sugarloaf! Whether it is summer adventures at the outdoor center, or skiing in the winter, this location is fantastic. A well equipped kitchen provides the flexibility to cook in if desired. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Sugarloaf.

Great place to stay for a ski getaway. Clean and spacious. I loved having the laundry on-site with detergent provided. If it matters, the third bed is a queen-sized air mattress

This cozy condo is perfect for any trip to Sugarloaf. Ease of use is key to maximizing your time on the hill. This place delivers on that 100%. Justin and Erika are very responsive and provided clear, concise answers to any questions I had.

The house looked great in the photos but it’s even nicer in person. Spotless, roomy, beautiful view, easy ski-on / ski-off, fireplace, nice kitchen, two king beds plus two rooms with bunk beds for the kids, large dining area. We hope to return soon.

Wonderful stay at this ski in ski out condo, perfect for a long weekend. Super nice that it was dog friendly. Having access to ski locker was convenient. Had just what we needed in kitchen. Sofa bed was just ok, and I think an upgrade on the sheets would be welcome but those things are minor. We would love to stay here again and again.

The location of Kell'y house was perfect for my group's trek. It had plenty of parking and was conveniently located to shops, restaurants and areas we were canoeing. The house had all that we needed to make our stay enjoyable and well worth renting.

Perfect place super close to sugarloaf mountain. Place was so cute and clean. Melissa was a great host :)

Beautiful condo, well stocked

This is the second time staying at Debi's Rangeley Lake Condo. It is a perfect location to stay if you're skiing at Saddleback or just exploring the area. Debi is very responsive to any questions. The condo is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to have dinner at "home". When we're in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Mai's place is great - this was our second time staying at the condo, and it was clean, well-stocked, well-organized, and just perfect for a couple of days skiing at Sunday River. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed here for a month while apartment searching in Portland, and right away we wished we could stay the rest of the year there. Truly a wonderful place to stay, the photos don’t do it justice! The views were gorgeous, restaurants and grocery store are a walk/5 min drive away. Ve try dog friendly as well, others had there pups out too!

We have stayed in this condo a few times now and love it for our family. It’s convenient to the lift and for walking our dog. The condo is always very clean and neat. Cheryl and Amber are easy to work with!

Had a wonderful 3 night stay. So easy to get to ski lifting the morning and could ski right to parking lot at end of the day. Owner sent details on restaurants in the area ahead of our visit. The kitchen was fully stocked, we had everything we needed to prepare meals.

Great location, super close to Sunday River and all the local restaurants. The space is cozy and well equipped with pretty much anything you’ll need. Jodi was very helpful and had great suggestions for us. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

Cute little studio with super easy access to the mountain. Would recommend for a couple but would definitely be tight for a family of 5-6.

We had a great weekend in the condo. The location is amazing and very easy to access from the trails. It wasn't super clean and definitely could have used a better vacuum but other than that it was perfect. There is also a folding accordion wall that closes off the bed which makes it feel more like a 1 bed than a studio.

Great spot, would rent again!
