Bliss was very sweet and responsive in a timely manner when needed. She provided very specific instructions for entry, parking, dos and don'ts. I would definitely consider staying here again if ever in the area again.

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful studio for a week during a work event in Beverly Hills. From the start, I felt welcomed and at ease. Deborah, the host, was incredibly responsive and ensured I had everything I needed. The studio was a perfect retreat—simple, elegant, filled with natural light, and peaceful. Tucked in a quiet, charming neighborhood, it was still easily accessible to both the West Side and Hollywood. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe walking back at night, and the street parking outside was convenient. The thoughtful touches, like wrapped soaps, coffee pods, and fresh milk for my morning coffee, made a real difference. The studio opens onto a lovely small patio with a garden—so peaceful. Located just below Sunset Blvd., it offered a tranquil vibe while remaining close to everything. Comfortable beds, functional kitchen, ample closet space, immaculate shower. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to LA. Highly recommended!

We had the best 'staycation' in this special little unit and felt totally at home. Kevin is a top host and we would always choose to stay in one of his properties when we visit LA.
