From this charming accommodation, it is not far to popular shops and restaurants. With buses and the subway within walking distance, about 2-3 minutes, you can go to both the city center in 12 minutes and to other districts (Norwestzentrum). In the evening you can walk to the Hausener Brotfabrik, a disused bread factory with restaurants, a theater and an event hall. See internet - The property itself is a separate part of a condominium.

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.
