After spending the last few years only on Airbnb and having great experiences, we have decided to share our seldom used apartment with dear guests. For this reason, a complete core renovation took place. It is all newly furnished including kitchen and bathroom. 1 room apartment with private entrance, small kitchenette with all necessary appliances and bathroom with shower. Kitchen facilities including Dolce Gusto Pad coffee maker and coffee and tea for the first breakfast available. All utensils for cooking and baking including stove and oven. Toaster, kettle, glasses and dishes as well as kitchen towels, Spüli etc. .... everything needed. Should something be needed again, of course we will try to help! Bathroom with walk-in shower and towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper available. 1 double bed Dimensions 160 x 200 cm 1 sofa bed 145 x 192 cm on request, so 4 people could be accommodated in the room. If you book up to 2 people, the double bed is always prepared! Sofa bed only on request for the 2nd person as it has to be pulled out and prepared! It is a 30sqm 1 room apartment/condo. There is no separate bedroom. You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.

My boathouse - time out without other guests

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.
