The vacation home is quietly located, without through traffic, directly on the edge of the forest, with a nice hiking trail. In the area, there are cycling and excursions to sights (e.g. Gold Museum, Rauenstein Castle Ruins, and much more). For children there are great highlights here: In the vacation home itself a huge playroom, in Sonneberg the Exotarium, toy museum, toboggan runs, ski slopes and much more... Also suitable for ski fans! There are great slopes in the area.

A paradise for vacationers who prefer the Franconian Forest and love nature. Whether cyclists, hikers or motorcyclists, you will all find peace and quiet here far from mass tourism. Our guests have a bright and well-kept 45 sqm non-smoking apartment for 1-4 people on the first floor of our house. Our large garden invites you to relax. It's just a few minutes' walk to the edge of the forest and the adventure playground for the little ones is also just 100 m away.

Welcome to your perfect retreat! Our spacious holiday home is located in a quiet residential area with a wonderful view of the countryside. A whirlpool and sauna are available🧖🏽‍♀️ for your personal wellness break (each €50/day, use until 10:00 pm in accordance with legal rest periods). 🔥Fancy a cozy BBQ? Flechtwerk Almerswind

They stay in a former leisure center. This is located in the conversion status and the first two guest rooms (1davon through room) as well as toilet and bathroom, are completely renovated. Wifi available but no TV. Feel invited. Outstanding is the large sports room, which is equipped with table tennis tables, fitness balls and plenty of space. If required, another accommodation and food can be requested on request, next door in the inn.

Switch off and feel good - Our cottage offers you a small escape from everyday stress and noise. On 55 sqm there is enough space for romantic togetherness, but children are also welcome, because they can retreat "to the small cave" under the roof top. Four-legged companions (dog !dog liability insurance!) are also welcome here. You can gaze into nature from the terrace and enjoy the sounds of the pond and the rippling of the wild stream.

Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür - Skilanglaufmöglichkeiten im Winter. Der berühmte Rennsteig ist ganz in der Nähe.

Within a 6000 sqm plot below the Veste Coburg you get a bungalow with every comfort. 3 rooms, 100 sqm, with kitchen (equipped with everything), two bathrooms, secluded terrace with large garden. Absolutely quiet and yet right in the middle of it all. 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot to the center. High-quality furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling windows with a wonderful view of nature and Coburg.

Very nice family-friendly place to stay

The quiet yet central location makes our apartment a good choice. In summer, our courtyard offers a unique flair. Use it for eating, playing, getting together & enjoy nature and the loving details that make this place special. Opposite is a butcher shop. Also within minutes walking distance are a supermarket, a small organic shop and a fast food pizza restaurant.

Forest Hideout

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
