Our apartment "Silencio" is located in the municipality of Amtsberg, on the northern edge of the Erzgebirge. The modern furnishings and unique location, surrounded by nature, invite you to relax. The apartment is located on a large property. Our home offers the ideal starting point for a variety of activities, such as hiking, cycling, city trips, swimming and skiing. In addition to Chemnitz, the two largest cities in Saxony, Leipzig and Dresden, are easily accessible.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Enjoy the beautiful Rabenstein Forest, which starts right at the end of the street, the nearby recreational opportunities and our friendly neighborhood. Whether hiking in the nearby Ore Mountains or relaxing walks in the Rabenstein Forest - you can just as well go on a discovery tour through Chemnitz City with museums, art, shopping, restaurants, theaters and clubs.

Guest in a shared space

Summer is finally here! The car is parked at the shady edge of the forest with a view of hilly meadows. The birds chirp early in the morning and the forest lake calls the brave to the morning bath (12 min walk). You will sit on the terrace all day, watch nature awaken, make campfires, chill – and maybe let the many impressions resonate. Since civilization is 2.5 km away, you should go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

The small house, furnished in a cozy, rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge - 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz - the cultural capital '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Cozy mini-apartment in Mittweida-Lauenhain – ideal for a short vacation or visits to family and friends. Rurally located between Chemnitz, Leipzig and Dresden. In 17 m², you will find a loft bed, a mini kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is located on a busy street. The windows are well soundproofed; however, when the windows are open, street traffic can be clearly audible.
