Holiday rentals with a patio in Frankenberg (Eder)

Our stay was very pleasant despite the cold weather. The apartment was warm, very clean and color harmoniously designed. The beds also ensured a good night sleep. The central location allowed us to shop and visit our relatives in short distances. We'd love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the proximity to the forest, the beautiful furnishings and the view of the castle. The amenities at the apartment were also great. We didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back:)

Price performance great, beds freshly made, there was a water available - perfect for the Sunday. It was very clean, only the bathroom would have used a little more splendour. But absolutely okay for the spontaneity of the booking. We'd love to come back

The property is as described - a beautiful place to unwind. Really great property, a bit like from another time. The apartment is soooo cozily furnished - you can only feel comfortable here. 5 stars for it! The only thing I didn't like was that there was a construction trailer in the garden in front of my balcony, which apparently is also rented. This was neither visible in the text nor in the pictures. I had also booked the place because of the great view of the garden and the privacy, but I couldn't really use the balcony and the view, as I also wanted to give the other family their space.

Very nice apartment and great views. Comfortable beds and top clean everything! Philipp was always easily accessible and we had a great stay. Can only recommend the apartment.

We had a very nice one in Daniela's charming cottage. We did not lack anything on site and Daniela was always available for questions. We particularly liked the private location of the cottage and the beautiful garden in which we could make ourselves comfortable in nice weather. However, it should be noted that the noise, the nearby highway, which caused a subtle background noise at least during the day. Due to the good connection, however, we were able to reach beautiful routes to explore and hike in a few minutes' drive. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend a stay.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is great, full of comforts, clean and very spacious. Recommended!

The cottage is rustic and cozy. The equipment was very good, also spices, toilet paper, dishwashing utensils were available. The children enjoyed the well-equipped collection of games and the children's books very much. We enjoyed the peace and garden very much. The house is traffic-calmed, so the kids could play and romp outside. The location of the cottage is also perfect for various excursions, we were able to go to Winterberg or Fort Fun today, but also hike directly from the house. We recovered very well during the week and have already recommended the area and the cottage.

We had been there in the house for the weekend now and were so positively surprised. Everything was clean , even a cute welcome card had been there. Water and apple juice bottles were ready for us. The host goes to a lot of trouble and you can immediately feel how much love she puts in. We had been there with 12 people now and we can say that we will be there again, which we liked as a group so much. Also this house is also something for families that there are enough toys for the little ones a super large trampoline, even a sandbox . I totally recommend this place

The house - in a nice vintage style - is in a beautiful area, near Winterberg. With a fifteen-minute drive you are at the slopes, where you can easily park. There are several restaurants on the same street as the house, but it is otherwise nice and quiet. Due to circumstances, we were there a day shorter and less than planned with one family member; we would also have liked to visit the suspension bridge nearby and skied for an extra day. Hopefully we can get back to the resit soon. Host Daan is fantastic; nice, fast communication and super helpful. Thank you!

Beautiful house with wonderful garden! We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed a great week at this lovely place. Our son of 4 had the time of his life. From discovering secret rooms to a ride on the tractor at Ludwig and working with Gerda in the vegetable garden. We felt completely at home and won't forget this place, who knows, we might come back again.

Already during the arrival, we were informed by the Schröder family exactly how to best get to the accommodation. On site, we were then personally welcomed and briefed on the special features of the localities (shopping, restaurants) and the apartment. The Schröder family was very friendly, extremely helpful and also responded to our requests during the stay. The two-week stay was very pleasant and can definitely be recommended.

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

Phillipe's place was beautiful. A quiet location with a fantastic view to relax. Apartment was as stated in the description and very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. In addition, there was a very friendly communication. We would come back out.

Brigitte's place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and has a beautiful, green, quiet, barely visible sun terrace with beautiful garden furniture. The apartment itself has large, bright windows. The bathroom is great and super clean. Also it is always warm at Brigitte's. Brigitte is a 1A host, always helpful, helpful and easily accessible. The apartment exudes a feel-good atmosphere. If I am looking for a place to stay in Hann Münden again, I will book with Brigitte first. Highly recommended!

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure.
