Balmoral – Apartment with view and large terrace

Apartment in a characterful villa located in the Balmoral district above the town of Spa (3 km) and 12 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The apartment is located on the garden level and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and it has a magnificent view of the valley.

Studio apartment located in Balmoral (just above the town of Spa) with huge windows to admire the view. Equipped with a brand new quality bed (queen size), a fitted kitchen, chairs, table, a bathroom, etc. It has a separate entrance, the guests can enjoy the privacy and relax. Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

The Standing Hare - Francorchamps

This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). Renovated to a high standard, it has a garden with a pétanque court and uninterrupted views over the valley. We prefer arrivals on Thursday or Friday, but please contact us for any other dates. Events causing a nuisance are prohibited. No disturbance during the day or at night will be tolerated.

This elegant accommodation with a view is spacious with a comfortable covered terrace. It is very well equipped and modern. Perfect for sports enthusiasts, it is a stone's throw away from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. It is also close to the Hautes-Fagnes. Francorchamps - Isolated chalet by a pond

Have the privilege of staying in our cottage without neighbors in the heart of the countryside in a quiet setting and in a warm atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries. A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.

L'Écureuil Treehouse

Relax in a unique setting. The Squirrel's tree house suspended in the heart of the trees will provide you with well-being and fullness. For nature lovers, you are close to the Hautes Fagnes plateau, the Hoëgne and Warche valleys, the Coo and Bayehon waterfalls. For cycling enthusiasts, you are in the heart of the Liège–Bastogne–Liège circuit😀. For motorsport enthusiasts, you are close to the Spa Francorchamps circuit (2 km).

Need to switch off? What could be better than retreating to the heart of nature? At the foot of the Hautes Fagnes and its magnificent promenades, less than 5 kilometers from the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack, this log cabin is a true haven of peace. Spacious and bright apartment in the heart of Spa, just a few meters from the Casino and the famous Thermal Baths. Completely renovated in 2022. Many nearby restaurants and shops. Large equipped kitchen, cozy and spacious living room. 2 bedrooms with king size beds and shower area + 1 bedroom with bunk beds and bathtub. One of the large bedrooms has air conditioning. For other rooms, fans are available on hot days.
