Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

House in the countryside composed of 2 main buildings with separate entrances, capacity of 6 people on one side and 7 people on the other (see listing Entre Ciel et Ster 2) or can be fully occupied (max 13 people). With car parking, terrace, barbecue and petanque court. Located at the foot of the paragliding slopes (800 m) and at the start of many walks in the forest. Between Coo (Plopsa) and Stavelot (Abbey) and a few kilometers from Malmedy, Spa-Francorchamps, Stoumont...

Unique holiday villa in nature and by the stream.

Maison Roannay is located on Le Roannay, a tributary of the Amblève. The villa is built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to relax. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort. The living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large sitting area is a cozy place to spend time. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can turn any meal into a party. A separate play and TV room gives space for the children to relax after an active day.

Le P'tit Coin de Paradis

Enjoy this fully renovated home in 2022 that offers good times in perspective, a paradise for young and old. The house is a stone's throw from the Francorchamps circuit, a 5-minute drive from Malmedy where restaurants and other shops await you. Plopsa Coo 17 minutes away, Stavelot 5 km away (Abbey, museums...), Forestia (animal park and adventure park) 30 km away, the Hautes Fagnes Natural Park for beautiful walks 23 km away and many other activities to discover.

Le Vert Paysage (adults-only)

THE JACUZZI IS AVAILABLE FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER. NO EXCEPTIONS. Outside this period, the jacuzzi is winterized and cannot be used, even upon request. Le Vert Paysage-adults only is a cottage combining charm and modernity, located at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes, close to the town of Malmedy. It's the perfect place for an exotic and relaxing stay in the countryside. We hope our guests will feel at home and enjoy all that our beautiful region has to offer.

The Standing Hare - Francorchamps

This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). Renovated to a high standard, it has a garden with a pétanque court and uninterrupted views over the valley. We prefer arrivals on Thursday or Friday, but please contact us for any other dates. Events causing a nuisance are prohibited. No disturbance during the day or at night will be tolerated.

Quiet house for 8 people, in the center of Malmedy. A living room, a dining room with kitchen. Want to recharge? Our accommodation is in the rural village of Rivage in the municipality of Stavelot. Located near the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, it will delight racing fans. (Entrance to the Combes less than 1 km away) Nearby, many starting points for walks. Whether in the woods, on the Ravel or in the Fagnes. Close to Malmedy (6 km), Stavelot (4 km), Spa (15 km) where you will not fail to make a detour! You will find all the amenities.

La Maison de Fred

La Maison de Fred is a beautiful accommodation for 4 people, cozy, where you will find everything you need to feel good. With its easy and private parking, a terrace overlooking large expanses of land bordered by forests, everything is planned to have a good time, in summer and in the heart of winter. Not far from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, the Hautes Fagnes and the American Monument of Baugnez, there is plenty to do for many days.

Francorchamps - Isolated chalet by a pond

Have the privilege of staying in our cottage without neighbors in the heart of the countryside in a quiet setting and in a warm atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries. A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.

Relax in a unique setting. The Squirrel's tree house suspended in the heart of the trees will provide you with well-being and fullness. For nature lovers, you are close to the Hautes Fagnes plateau, the Hoëgne and Warche valleys, the Coo and Bayehon waterfalls. For cycling enthusiasts, you are in the heart of the Liège–Bastogne–Liège circuit😀. For motorsport enthusiasts, you are close to the Spa Francorchamps circuit (2 km).

At the foot of the Hautes Fagnes and its magnificent promenades, less than 5 kilometers from the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack, this log cabin is a true haven of peace.
