Monthly Rentals in Franconia

We stayed in the house for 2 weeks.Really great house matches the description. Great location lots of shopping malls and stores around the area, great park for the kids and we really enjoyed the stay. The owner was very kind and helpful and replied fast every time we needed anything, also gave us $100 for breakfast which was really mindful .Our family felt like at home and would rate the house a 5+ out of 5. We recommend it to everyone who stays around the area and we will definitely be coming back.

This private, basement accommodation was perfect for what I needed, to include location and price. Would recommend for a short or intermediate stay since it has everything you need to feel right at home outside of bed and private bathroom, including kitchen amenities like sink, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, as well as dishes, pans, and utensils. Quick and responsive communication with the owner was great as well. I would easily stay here again.

My first impression is that it looked better than the pictures. Then the space reminded me of a mini Hyatt House (one of my fav hotels to stay). Billy did a great job paying attention to detail and anticipating what anyone away from home, could possibly need. I loved the space, slept well and I loved having the same parking spot near the home every night after work (quiet neighborhood/amble parking; coincidence). It is definitely one of my most comfortable stays.

Gloria’s place was very nice. Everything was as described and her apartment has everything you need. Parking was also great and private. Gloria was very responsive and proactive with anything we needed. She was extremely friendly and willing to help us when we needed help such as with any packages that were delivered. Would definitely stay here again.
