Holiday rentals with beach access in Francavilla al Mare

Great outlook, short bus ride to Bari City Centre, beach across the road, two supermarkets nearby, we were there in shoulder season and a weekend, bookings maybe required at the restaurants nearby. spacious apartment, as we were there in spring found the central heating made the apartment very cosy. Serves as a great base to explore Puglia and surrounds. Luca was great to communicate with.

RECOMMENDED. Very nice apartment with incredible sea views. In the middle there is everything you need for living for any period - good internet, large TV, electric stove and oven, boiler, refrigerator, even in a few hours on demand we brought a freezer, in general access there is a washing machine and a dryer for clothes. The kitchen has different dishes of high quality, everything is clean and tidy. Also without problems in general access there is a good vacuum cleaner and electric appliances for wet cleaning of the floor, which we were very satisfied with since we were vacationing with the children. The beds are wide, comfortable for. Special thanks to Barbara, Bergit and everyone from their family - met, quickly settled in and gave the opportunity to stay for a few hours at checkout. A big plus is that there is always one of them on the spot. When settling in the fridge, we were waiting for a bottle of water, milk, fruit and cheese and meat cuts, as well as salt sugar, coffee and candy. Bridget - your coffee was the most delicious one had to drink before💐🇭🇷♥️🇺🇦

Ervin’s father met us on arrival & took us through the apartment, showed us everything we needed to know & then took the time to give us some local intel on restaurants. He was absolutely charming. The view from the bedroom windows is incredible & just walking out the front door with a cup of tea or glass of wine & sitting beside the water was an added bonus. You can swim straight out the front of the building! It’s not a modern apartment so if you want something luxurious keep looking! It’s quirky with old creaky floorboards and a small hot water system but it has a rustic charm, comfortable beds, a back terrace and in a great location. We loved it (couple in our 60’s) & would definitely stay again & had no problems walking from the ferry to Ervin’s place with our bags.

We were very thankful to find this quiet, clean apartment last minute which was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us. The direct access to the sea and the view while eating breakfast was fantastic. There were hummingbirds at dusk and complete silence at night. We were lucky enough not to have neighbors as this apartment is attached to another rental. The kitchen essentials and grill were a very nice touch. Thank you!

The location is beautiful with a view across the bay. it is around 20/25 minutes walk from ferry terminal. The balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy the view. There is a beach not far from the property and can swim right out front.

We stayed for a week with Guiseppe and had a fabulous time. The location is great with many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. We really enjoyed the sea view from the kitchen and the balcony. The apartment is clean, amenities are simple but we found everything we needed. Guiseppe organized our check in and out well and provided us with all information proactively. Great host. We‘d happily come again!

Quietly located and very nice apartment with green shaded terrace and garden views. Opposite the little busy beach road, there is a jetty, which is only used by the guests of the rented apartments. From the upper bedroom you have a very beautiful view over the beautiful bay. The public and not crowded beach is 5 minutes walking distance and very nice, two more fantastic coves are 15 minutes by car. The surroundings are very close to nature and we spent a lot of walking with the dog in the hinterland in the morning and evening hours, there are some small roads and dirt roads. Vica is super nice and was always able to help us as she also lives in the premises. We had a great time and would come back anytime:-)

We had the most wonderful days in Villa Agave - what an extraordinary and calm place! It is really impressing to have a beautiful beach with cristal clear water so close, and although the water was of course a bit chilly in October we swam a lot. The shallow Milna bay is perfect as well with kids as also for swimmers. Zaglav beach also is wonderful and only a 15 minutes walk around the corner. Andrea and Matija were always quick with answers and helped us a lot with good recommendations and tipps. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Wow. An amazing place. It’s quiet, peaceful, and truly a unique find. The house itself is no frills and nothing overly special, but it was perfectly adequate. However, you book this place for the location. We spent hours on our private dock relaxing. A few things to note, the inlet you are in is semi private. There are 4 houses, but one of the houses it’s right next door. Like just a few meters. You even share driveway part of the staircase down to the sea. Another family was staying there and they were friendly, quiet, and respectful. But you will interact briefly if it’s also booked as it’s so close. But it’s so wonderfully peaceful. I would 100% stay here again. I was truly in awe staring at the sea everyday. I’ve stayed in many many many airbnbs over the years, but this one was magical.

This place is located right in the middle of Positano. Close to everything. Very helpful and responsive host. Nicely furnished and spacious inside. Great balcony. We stayed for our honeymoon and loved it!

We loved staying at Slaven’s place near Vela Luka. It was an amazing, tranquil location with no one else around. The best part was swimming in the crystal clear water right next to the house. Like other reviewers have said - we’d love to keep this special place secret. Korcula is a beautiful island and the old town is absolutely stunning. We loved that due to the islands remote location the island remains fairly quiet even in the height of summer. Slaven was an absolutely fantastic host and really made us feel welcome. We can’t recommend this location enough!

Small haven this waterfront house, accessible by stairs, with private dock, BBQ, quiet terraces. Restaurants and convenience store 600 m away. Very nice welcome (remotely) from Frano. Everything is clean, like new, clear, very nice accommodation. Beautiful island with its national park and salt lakes, islets. We would recommend it.

If you want a total change of scenery, in a fully renovated fisherman's house, at the bottom of a small cove, Romano's house is for you. We spent the 3rd week of October there with great pleasure. While most restaurants are indeed closed, and the days end around 6:30 p.m., the absence of tourists, the good weather and a water temperature around 20°C were decisive assets.

Amazing location! This place has all the views and privacy needed to relax and unwind. Ante was Outstanding as our host, he was very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants, parking, and attractions. Would definitely return and spend more time!

I stayed here with my partner and two children (9 and 13). Bianca and Alfonso were brilliant - always happy to help. The apartment was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee (a real bonus as it was April). As mentioned there is a walk up the hill into town. From the apartment door to the station this took 15-20 mins, we had to walk up the road though as the path behind the apartment was temporarily closed - that would have been quicker. It is such a beautiful location though, with stunning views over to Vesuvius all the way, that we never minded the walk. This was a great base for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The local train does get busy but is easy enough to use otherwise. We were glad we booked the airport bus to and from the airport with our luggage! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town - Alfonso gave us some recommendations which I appreciated. I would recommend.

We had a nice stay with the family. Communication with our host has always been good, cordial and very responsive in case of any problem or question. The apartment is well located by the coast with magnificent views of the sea and the bay of Naples (on the balcony and children's room side) and Vesuvius (on the living room side). The apartment is large, bright, well maintained and fairly well-equipped. The nearby beach is nice. There are shops nearby. The only awkward point was the difficulty in finding parking for our car on weekends evenings (Friday to Sunday). If you come by car, it's probably a good idea to use the parking offered by the host.

My husband and I loved staying here! Francesco was flexible with check in time and met us with the keys right outside. He even helped bring our (overpacked) bags up to the unit and gave us great recommendations. The location was perfect for us - walkable to the busy part of town (also a bus that runs to the center if you're not up for the walk), but quiet and private compared to the city center. Would definitely stay here again!

Valeria was a friendly host that made our stay enjoyable by answering our questions quickly and creating an easy check-in and check- out process. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and close to many shops and restaurants. We loved our time on the amazing Island of Ischia!

Staying at Cinzia and her husband's apartment was a super positive experience! The apartment, in a quiet area close to the sea, reflected the photos and description....even live is even better. Clean, tidy, complete with everything, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom... absolutely nothing was missing. As it is written in the description, you could only bring the essentials and personal things...the rest is there! Cinzia and her husband personally welcomed us when we arrived, despite our small delay. They explained everything to us, gave us tips on local activities and were responsive to our every request. For example, for a small problem with the boiler, Cinzia was notified, after 5 minutes she was at home with a technician....and it was almost 10:00 pm...everything was resolved in 10 minutes! What can I say...thank you for everything and I definitely recommend this apartment, without a doubt!

I stayed in Francesco's apartment for about 10 days with my family and everything was perfect. Francesco's help has always been impeccable, especially when we asked for the crib for our daughter who made us find already assembled and ready. The apartment is spacious and enjoys a double exhibition that helps when it is warmer. For light sleepers like me, it is possible to close the windows to avoid hearing the trains in the morning using the air conditioner that refreshed the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, so it was very useful. We hope to be back soon!
