The property is on two levels; from the large parking area you can already be fascinated by the enchanting panorama and up a staircase lined with white flowers beds, you enter the first terrace / solarium shaded by a majestic pergola; you can relax in total privacy and quiet in the heated whirlpool jacuzzi in both summer and winter, on the other side a beautiful new semi-covered garden. A few stairs separate the lower floor. Here another large terrace, great for dining during the wonderful summer evenings serenaded by cicadas and unique sunsets, an area where you can take advantage of the barbecue or even experiment your cooking with an authentic wood-burning oven. There is only fun to be had! The interiors are spacious, the living room is comfortable, the 2 double bedrooms with balcony are perfect to wake up in the morning to a breath-taking view... the sun it penetrates from the terrace in front of you and warms you gently. Then a small single room, perfect for kids and another double bed room with a little window. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds pots, pans and dishes so that our guests can cook and enjoy their stay in total autonomy, feeling at home. La Fortezza is a villa surrounded by greenery and the absolute quiet of its private park, among centuries-old olive trees, a grove of oaks and an orchard. It is located on a hill, just 6 km from the crystal clear sea of Polignano a Mare (BLUE FLAG SINCE 2008 and 5 LEGAMBIENTE SAILS) with its wonderful sea caves to discover by boat. The villa is made exclusively of stone, wood and glass, on two levels, and is characterized by the presence of one hectare of park, a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, and a solarium. Inside the park, to stay in perfect shape during your vacation at La Fortezza, a fully equipped gym is available to guests (free of charge) with an elliptical, bench and dumbbells, punching bag and gloves, and total body workout equipment. The wood-burning oven and barbecue are available for guests to prepare and enjoy pizzas, focaccias and outdoor grills. The panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the expanse of olive trees, white farms, sky and sea, is about 40 square meters and is furnished with a large dining table in the shade of three holm oaks that "emerge" from the garden below: the wooden floor was built respecting the presence of the trees through the creation of the slots in correspondence with the trunks.
