The strategic location of the houses allows you to easily reach both the coast, therefore the long beaches of Pescara 20 minutes by car, and the highest mountains of the Apennines about 40 minutes, therefore both locations less than an hour away from the residence.

A short walk leads you into the center of Villammare; charming cafés, boutiques, restaurants and, well-kept (Bandiera blu) beaches with clear water. Roads that take you along the jaw-dropping, windy Cliento coast to Maratea and Palinuro,to Baia degli Infreschi and Spiaggia Nera are only a few minutes away. Bicycles are also available for you !
