Great house with its own quay and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor sauna. Lots of equipment that can be used such as bicycles, pizza oven in the boathouse, fire pan by the lake, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to Molde, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here you will find peace and a good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. One is a 16-foot with 25 hp and the other is a 17-foot Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See pictures

There is a short distance to Trollstigen, Åndalsnes, Molde and Ålesund. Fantastic hiking opportunities and nature experiences are available nearby. Private beach is included. The waterfront house has a loft in addition to the two bedrooms. The loft has two mattresses of 120 cm x 200 cm. There is a freezer. There is a heat pump for heating and cooling.

Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. Fantastisk sommerhus ved sjøen. Oppvarmet basseng, utendørs boblebad, 2 havkajakker, fiskeutstyr. Dette er plassen for familier som virkelig vil kose seg. Naust rett ved huset. Masse uteplass. Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt. Amundøy Rorbu is located in the most beautiful costal area around Kristiansund. Cozy apartment in a charming old, restored warehouse / boathouse right on the sea shore, 20km from Kristiansund. (25 min drive) Our guests will have a large, ca. 60 square meters apartment, with a balcony and partial seaview, at their disposal. Spacious both inside and outside. Scenic and quiet area. At mid Summer the sun sets around 23H in this area!
