The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s of the last century. Just two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.

Il nostro rustico è un accogliente dimora per gli amanti del relax sia in estate che in inverno. Terrazzi soleggiati affacciati sulle colline dove potrete prendere il sole e mangiare in assoluta riservatezza. Antico borgo nel verde degli ulivi, vicino al fiume balneabile e a 20 minuti dalle spiagge di Albenga ed Alassio. Nelle vicinanze villaggi incantevoli in tutte le stagioni. La casa è dotata di modernissime pompe di calore per week end romantici anche in inverno.

A room on the Oggia

A simple and romantic space, a real room without frills with a kitchenette and a small terrace overlooking the river: from here you can see a small stone bridge... and the sound of flowing water. The accommodation is a single large vault: the whole house has been restored using natural materials, lime and paints made with flour and linseed oil. For the winter months, there is a wood stove that guests can manage independently. Wood is provided for the stay.

We offer an entire apartment in Barolo, in our family house. The house is very close to the centre of the village, in quiet and panoramic position. The apartment includes a kitchen opening on a spacious living-room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (the two beds can be transformed into a double bed) and one bathroom. The price does not include the city tax which is 1,50 € per day per person, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
