Ca' Ninota Apartment

This is an apartment renovated according to the principles of bio-architecture, respecting the farmhouse that dates back to the mid-eighteenth century. The vaults and a wall in the living area left exposed emphasize the antiquity of the place where you will stay. The kitchen is modern with an induction hob and is equipped with every cooking utensil. The table is a unique piece that enriches the environment. The bathroom is ultra-design, especially the shower that has been created from a niche.

Entirely in Langa stone, the house overlooks the garden from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Monviso. Ideal location for reaching Alba, home of the truffle fair.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a detached house, with private entrance, parking, large garden and equipped outdoor space. There are 4 beds available (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed) with the possibility of adding 1 cot for small children.
