The Coach House

This expertly refurbished 19th-century Coach House is full of character and all ready for your luxurious relaxing break. The open-plan living area has a exceptional view, and when you want a change there's a large smart TV and good-quality broadband for entertainment. The kitchen comes with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the pots, pans & utensils you need for cooking up delicious meals. The shower room/toilet is conveniently tucked away in a corner. Walk up the distinctive oak staircase to find the upstairs bedroom, with its impressive round window. It sleeps up to three people in a kingsize double bed and a separate single, and there's also room for a travel cot for an infant.The Coach House is ideal for a couple on a romantic escape, or for a family with young children looking for a safe space to relax and play. KEY FEATURES - One bedroom – upstairs, with kingsize double and single bed, space for travel cot. - One shower room/toilet – downstairs. - Sleeps up to three, and infant. - Private outside terrace area with view, shared use of 1.5 acre secure meadow & gardens. - Dogs welcome, two maximum, small additional charge. - Young children welcome (but you may need to bring a stairgate for safety). - Smart TV (Netflix, iPlayer, Freesat etc). - Good-quality broadband/Wi-Fi (free). - Induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge (freezer available if required), dishwasher. - Dining table for four, two leather sofas. - Washing machine (and use of dryer if required). - Underfloor heating (powered by eco-friendly air source heat pumps). - Wood burner, first basket of logs free. The annex is prepared to a high standard and we respect your privacy leaving you to enjoy your stay. The annex has a free sat TV, fully fitted kitchen, tea, coffee and milk are provided along with a selection of biscuits, fluffy white towels, and a comfy new bed. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful stress-free location, only 4 miles from central Hereford. Honeysuckle Cottage is a very cosy property with two double bedrooms, one single and a bathroom with shower. It is in excellent modern condition with a large airy kitchen and living room. The pretty garden wraps around the cottage on three sides and two levels and runs down to a bubbling brook at its foot (the brook can not be easily accessed from the garden and should pose no danger to children)

Spacious living area is ideal for people needing to work - The twin room on the second floor has a sloping roof and due to steep stairs is not suitable for children under 8 Coddington Vineyard is close to the market town of Ledbury and the Malvern hills are 15 mins away ideal for walking and cycling. A complimentary wine tasting for guests at week ends.

This beautiful newly renovated barn conversion is located in the quiet village of Mordiford just five miles to the East of Hereford and benefits from lovely walks direct from the door. The property is all on one level with just two small sets of steps. The property embraces renewable energy sources with both solar panels and an air source heat pump which feeds the underfloor heating which warms the flagstones throughout the living space. We warmly welcome children and well behaved dogs.

'Abode' at Wellsbrook Barn - A peaceful and relaxing one bedroom, dog friendly, private annexe near to the market town of Ross-on-Wye with parking and a gate for dog security. We are surrounded by lovely walks and lots to discover including the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Hay-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and many other beautiful places. Paddle boarding, cycling and canoeing are within easy reach. Close by is the village pub, The Yew Tree, with its very own cider shop just next door.
