The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a four-burner induction stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, 5kg washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Il grande patio esterno con pergola in legno è lo spazio ideale per pranzi e cene all'aperto in totale relax. Lo splendido giardino di 500 mq con parcheggio privato, un'area sicura dove i bambini possono giocare liberamente mentre voi vi godete un barbecue o una rigenerante doccia all'aperto dopo il mare.
