Very functional apartment, very clean, arranged with great taste. The south-east facing terrace is a real plus on sunny days: you can have breakfast and lunch in the sun, facing greenery. Be careful, the roller shutter of one of the 2 bedrooms is broken; it is replaced by a blackout curtain but still lets the light through! The neighborhood and building are very quiet. Nearby, there are all the necessary shops on a square: bakery, charcuterie-traiteur, fishmonger, en primeurs, tobacconist and small supermarket U. I'm sorry I didn't know this place sooner!

the location is really great and a few meters from the heart of the old port.... the parking space in the garage is a REAL plus... you park then you no longer touch your car. The apartment is well arranged and spacious. a large super nice balcony. communication is perfect with Alizé. very very available . Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

Beautiful place 10-15 minutes from the sea and its activities. Peaceful; quiet; a real cocoon. One way street but you can park. Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen Top-notch bathrooms The hot tub on the veranda ensures you enjoy as much as you can. Excellent!!!

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation which corresponds to the description. The bedding is quality, the bathtub is a nice little plus. Spacious and very well located accommodation, close to the port, coastal path, beach and restaurants (not much open in February) as well as bus lines (13 min from the aquarium). We would recommend this listing.

Our hosts are very friendly, the place was spotless! Clean, tidy and big enough for us and our two daughters. The proximity to the city center and all the restaurants and shops is clearly a plus for a vacation or a quiet stopover. The neighborhood is quiet. Our stay in Saintes took place in good conditions. We had a last minute two days on the Ile de Ré and Boris’ apartment suited us perfectly. He was really responsive, met us and could chat in English or French as we preferred. Great recommendations for restaurants. The apartment is five minutes walk from a bicycle hire and walkigm distance to the town. The location is superb and we had the best time exploring. Thank you for a perfect stay.

The accommodation matches the description, very good breakfast and smooth communication with Fred! 😊 Small downside for the motor of the Spa filter which stops only at 12:30 am, it makes noise.

Romi is very welcoming, friendly and available. He also helped us with a mishap with our car. The place is beautiful and cozy. We were lucky enough to have the property an evening and a day without the other 3 properties being occupied. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place!
