Monthly Rentals in Four Mile Village

we absolutely LOVED our stay here. from the moment we pulled in, we fell in love. everything felt very safe and secure. the condo and room was super easy to find. the room/condo instructions were very easy to understand. there was a walking path to the beach, it was only like a 4 minute walk. you could smell the freshly cleaned room upon entering. the bed was so unbelievably comfortable. david always responded respectfully and quickly. we would give this place 10 stars if we could. couldn’t recommend his place more!!

Fantastic for our Mother's Day getaway! Location was perfect for negotiating intermittent storms and toddler rest/snack breaks without having to lug a ton of stuff to the pool deck or the beach. Comfortable furnishings with more than enough basics available to continue daily operations even on vacation.

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

Orhan’s place was a great place to stay! Perfect location. Lots to do onsite, as well as, easy drive to Destin and Highway 30A. Comfortable bed for great sleep after the beach. Would definitely stay again!
