On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gym (indoor and outdoor), café, soccer fields and frisbee golf! A quiet area with bus connections to both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 minute away from the house takes you to the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 minutes (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). A spacious studio of 24 sqm where you can relax alone or as a couple in this peaceful and well-equipped accommodation. Also works very well when you are on the road with proximity to the city in 25 minutes by public transport (7 min walk to the bus). You will have the entire house for yourselves with a private entrance, private bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette with chairs and table. To get the day off to a great start, we offer coffee and tea, and drinking water, kettles and coffee makers are available in the house.

The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.
