Ainara has been great, her attention, availability and flexibility have been excellent. In addition, for our comfort, there were a lot of pleasant surprises, including: a carton of milk, jam, biscuits... and all the necessary kitchen utensils to start the day with energy, a nice touch! We went to Gernika because we had a wedding and she was the one who gave me details of everything she had, such as a small appliance, iron, dryer...etc, so that I could have everything ready, thank you so much for being so attentive!! The apartment is perfect, super well distributed space and everything clean, it was also very close to the center of Gernika, to forget about the car, leaving it parked in a large parking lot in front, and so you can enjoy taking a walk while visiting the surroundings. The train tracks are in front, in our case we haven't heard a single train. I would come back one and a thousand times. Thank you very much Ainara!!!

Very cute apartment - spacious , clean , well furnished. Clear instructions on how to use the underground parking , the entrance . The hosts are very friendly and the communication was fast and excellent. Large supermarket in close vicinity- around 600 meters walking distance.
