Holiday rentals with a pool in Forte dei Marmi

We spent a week in Daniele and Chiara's villa and loved the location - within easy reach of many beautiful places to visit - and the quiet and peaceful setting. The villa is just the right size for for a couple and the terrace, with its comfortable outdoor furniture, and the excellent pool were a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. Brilliant!

We enjoyed our vacation in Jeroen's lovely house for 2 weeks. Jeroen is a very attentive, likeable host: from the videos in preparation for your stay to tips for excursions and all kinds of practical matters. The house is clean and equipped with everything. Nearby are beautiful walks. Cities like Lucca, Pisa and Florence are a bit of a drive, but well worth it. The most special thing about our stay was the place of the house. The view is really fantastic! We greatly enjoyed the garden of the view, the silence, the ever-changing skies, the church bells of the villages in the distance... We will definitely be back!

The house was clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Communication with Ilaria was always friendly and uncomplicated – everything worked out great. The highlight is the large, very well-kept garden with many different plants – a really beautiful, green paradise. The pool makes the whole thing even better. We really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Agnese was exceptionally kind, always responsive by message, she was able to give us advice and support us during our 3 days there. The accommodation is great, quiet, perfect for disconnecting from the world for a few days with a splendid view of La Spezia. We recommend 100%.

The house is truly wonderful, with attention to detail and a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the procedure was a bit long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a bit dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a space well integrated with the rest of the accommodation - a small detachment in an otherwise very well-kept context. Apart from that, everything is wonderful: welcoming environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average in the area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

We had a couple of fantastic days up in the mountains on Cima alla Serra. We sat every evening on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the tranquility, and during the day you could relax by the pool, which was fantastic. Giovanna and the staff on site were very helpful and we are so happy about our stay. Although it is relatively close to Pisa, you should have a car, which we were recommended. We hope to have the opportunity to come back again! Thank you for a couple of nice days :)

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. A comfortable air conditioned flat with well equipped kitchen, little balconies. It is better than the pictures! We were 4 adults and there were 3 different areas to sleep which worked perfectly for us. Just 1 bathroom is a bit tight. The swimming pool is great! Sightseeing in Tuscany worked very well. Having a car is a must for this property if you want to explore. If I can suggest summer blankets would be a very useful addition. Rest was great. Giorgio was super helpful with suggestions on restaurants and beaches.

The location itself is breathtakingly gorgeous, the apartment in traditional style was clean and adequately furnished, the kitchen thoughtfully equipped. The hosts on site were charming, very friendly and readily available. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Giuseppe was also quickly available if necessary.

We've just returned from a week at Casa Claudio. It was perfect in every way. We had plenty of down time enjoying the garden and pool, with easy access to Pisa Centrale to visit Sienna,Florence, Lucca,Pisa and all the amazing cities. San Giuliano Terme has its own train station 30 mins walk from Casa Claudio, really easy to navigate using the train app. we found it comfortable to walk or cycle into town for shopping, train station or Pizzeria. Really no need to have a car. The accommodation we found amazing, so clean and modern. Rooms were vast and we loved the front porch, sitting each evening and morning listening to bird song while eating al fresco, so relaxing. The pool and sunloungers were fabulous, pool perfect temperature and so spotlessly, cleaned daily. we were left to enjoy all the amenities peacefully, yet our questions and enquiries were replied to within the hour. we felt well cared for, Claudio and Irene's hosting is perfect, even a lift to the airport on going home.

Beautiful pool and garden

We really had a wonderful stay. The host welcomed us incredibly warmly and immediately recorded an entire plan for things to do and hidden gems. The kitchen is really WELL equipped. The only small drawback, the mattresses are unfortunately very saggy and you should ventilate a lot, as it is very humid in the lower room due to the shower. Still, this place is HIGHLY recommended !! It was great

It was a really nice and spacious apartment on the lower floor of the beautiful and very well-maintained house, and the garden with the pool was also lovely. Beautiful view. Good beds and nice crib and high chair. Clean and tidy and everything was to be found. The host couple lived above, but we hardly heard and saw them, so it was lovely private. It was hard to find, so we had to call. GPS couldn't find the street. It is 6 km from Bagni di Lucca, and in the lulle town, Lugliano, where the beautiful house is located, there is neither a grocery store nor a eatery. Very nice host. It takes about an hour to drive there from the airport in Pisa.

The place is truly a rustic paradise! It’s placed in what seems like the crater of an old volcano, high up in the clouds at above 900m so you’re in something as peaceful as highest up on a mountain, but still protective ”walls” of stone all around! Lots of wildlife around (in our case we also got a bit of an ant invasion in one of the barhrooms) and the only thing to keep in mind is that the distance will be slightly longer than Google Maps will tell you since you likely don’t want to drive like a race car up and down the mountain side. Both kids and grown ups completely loved the place!

Very pleasant stay at Villa Piero. The aparment is very private and spacious. The host was also very helpful and friendly.

We came with a group of friends for the weekend: the house and garden are very nice, beautiful views, surrounded by greenery. We had a great time, the host was kind and helpful! We will gladly return to Garfagnana

Everything was very clean and looked like in the pictures. Alessandra and her husband were very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for activities.

A good place to rest easy. Far from tourist traffic. Only local people, local eateries in neighboring villages. Minus or plus far to main roads, lots of serpentines. You definitely need to stock the nearest store about 15 minutes by car. Super pool - clean, well-maintained, and I recommend this place.
