We had a wonderful time in Pietrasanta and the apartment was perfect. Very clean and everything that we needed was there. Andrea was a very nice host. Food and drinks in the fridge when we arrived was very nice since we arrived in the late evening and the supermarket was closed. It was our first time in Pietrasanta and we liked the place very much. Very quiet and not too much people. We wold like to come back to Pietrasanta and stay in this apartment.

We liked it very much and everything was good. Slept well. Everything was within walking distance. Very modern and smart house. From my own experience with many Airbnbs I have booked, I recommend Deborah leave some spices like salt, pepper and etc. and some detergent for the dishes for a few days as an emergency. Living room well equipped. But what would also be good is a coffee table in front of the sofa, where it is very usable. Otherwise, everything is okay and tip top like the pictures. We had a great time in Barga! The accommodation is very centrally located in Barga with many great restaurants nearby, that was great! Eleonora was always easily accessible and very helpful. The apartment is stylish and beautifully decorated. Glad to come back :)

Stefania was very kind and super helpful. We had an issue with a bike and they replaced it right away. Everything was perfect, apartment tidy and clean, not really central but easily accessible by bicycles. Highly recommend!

I only stayed for one night but I can say that the place is wonderful, clean and the kitchen is very well equipped even though we didn't need to use it. In addition, parking in the garage is a convenience. Check-in was easy, quick and communication with Benedetta was great, available for anything. Our stay was perfect, and when we arrived the heating had already been turned on, kind gesture and did not go unnoticed. Thank you for everything and if I pass by the area it will be a pleasure to return.

A lovely space in an absolutely perfect location!

The flat is extremely well located. When you leave the house, you will find the shopping street and various bars and restaurants right away. The apartment is nice and cozy. The facility is practically furnished and has everything you need. Benedetta always responded super fast and was a friendly host. She also provided us with a cot. We'll be back. Thank you very much.

Giulia’s place was perfect for us. 15 walk from the train station and 15 walk to the tower. Giulia sent us a list of restaurants recommendations and different activities to do whilst we were there. She even stopped by to check how we were getting on. Only thing is there is quite a lot of noise from above but this was mentioned in the booking so was to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!

The location next to the train station is ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre as well as for visiting La Spezia on foot. The apartment is ultra clean and the terrace is the real star of this accommodation. What a pleasure to eat out morning, noon and evening. Thanks to Carla and her husband who helped with our suitcases and strollers on arrival and departure to the station.

Great apartment in a great location with lots of space. Easy to check in and out

Luca's apartment is very well located, less than 10 min walk from the train station while being in a nice area near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and sofa are perfect. The lounge area is small but we were never there during the day. Great for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

Luca’s place is perfectly located in the heart of La Spezia—just steps away from great restaurants and within walking distance of all the main sights. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the train station, which made it super convenient for day trips to Cinque Terre while still being able to enjoy relaxed evenings in La Spezia. The location really couldn’t have been better for our stay!

A very nice apartment in a great location to walk around and enjoy the city. We had a really nice time in Pisa, and this was a perfect base from which to explore.

The house is truly wonderful, with attention to detail and a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the procedure was a bit long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a bit dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a space well integrated with the rest of the accommodation - a small detachment in an otherwise very well-kept context. Apart from that, everything is wonderful: welcoming environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average in the area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

We had a couple of fantastic days up in the mountains on Cima alla Serra. We sat every evening on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the tranquility, and during the day you could relax by the pool, which was fantastic. Giovanna and the staff on site were very helpful and we are so happy about our stay. Although it is relatively close to Pisa, you should have a car, which we were recommended. We hope to have the opportunity to come back again! Thank you for a couple of nice days :)

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

This place was amazing! We had the best relaxed holiday at Nicola’s apartment. Everything was perfect. Absolutely everything you would need was provided and the plunge pool , upstairs kitchen on the fantastic roof terrace was just brilliant. We spent 3 relaxing days there popping in and out of the pool. Nicola was an amazing host, he checked in to see how we were doing, gave us recommendations of restaurants in the area. He went above and beyond by picking us up at the station on arrival and taking us back at the end of our holiday. The apartment is exactly as the photos show however better with high quality furnishings and comfortable bed. Nicola has thought of everything to make your stay a home from home with extras like the pool. Thank you for a brilliant stay . We will be back.

Cozy apartment with great terrace and pool from which you have a wonderful view of nature and the sea. The road to the apartment is adventurous, but passable. For this, the area is very quiet and nature is around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and always available. I would definitely spend a second vacation here too!

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. We felt right at home with Davide and his family. Because our children were of a similar age (ours 3+5 and Davide's 6+8), we even had great playmates. The pool was a great size, the trampoline and also the playhouse and balance bike were used a lot. The apartment in the basement was a little low, which was a little more difficult in the shower, but that did not bother us. The kitchen was super equipped. The location close to the beach and the highway was great to explore the whole area (La Spezia, Pisa, Lucca, Quicksilver Mine, Aquarium, Zoo, Natural History Museum, Luna Winery,...). Davide and his wife Sonia also gave us great tips and were always helpful. Thank you so much for everything!!!
