Relax after a day at the dunes in this quiet home at the edge of town. It's a 3-1/2 mile drive to the dunes. With a permit from the city, you can drive your ATV right to the park! This two-bedroom, one-bath home has excellent central air and heat and ceiling fans. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the second has two twin beds. The sofa opens into a queen-size bed. We added a new stackable washer and dryer—perfect for small loads. Plenty of parking in the back for your truck, trailer, and ATV.

We have Two Baths & 2 Bedrooms that are separated for more privacy. Located on the Main Street. There is always some noise from traffic. Parking is on side street. Designed with leather furniture, premium quality beds, fiber optic high speed WIFI, smart TVs, Storm shelter, Privacy fenced back yard, Propane grill & Blackstone griddle.

Everyone will enjoy this unique spacious area. Main gathering room is Giant. 85" TV, 200+ online movies, H/C H20 Dispenser, Central H&A & mini-split. 3 Queen Beds, 2 Twins (1 is in laundry room.) 2 sleeper Sofas & 2 XL cots. Queen auto blow up if needed. Huge parking area(see pics) This is an older home in many respects with only 1 bathroom. However it is inviting for all. Xtra folding chairs & tables. A sort of duplex w/my house separate but connected & readily available if needed. TY!
