Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fort Loudoun Lake

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dragonfly House! We traveled with our son’s family and had plenty of space. A beautiful updated dinning table which also served wonderfully for gaming. We were visiting my daughter’s family in the area and even took family photos in front of the magnificent magnolia tree. Definitely recommend.

We've stayed at this location several times..it suits our large family and is close to our local family. The house is beautiful and fully stocked. The view is great and my grandsons love swimming and fishing off the dock. We hope to return. Glenn is great to work with and you can definitely see the care he has for the property.

Phenomenal house. Pool and hot tub were great. Ample towels and disposables (soap, tp, etc.). Definitely an older home but you can tell it has been well loved over the years. Only two complaints were one of the pool sticks had a missing top and the bottom trundle bed was not very sturdy. Overall though, phenomenal stay and will be back if available again in the future.

Aaron was very accommodating when we asked about a late check out due to the circumstances of our stay. He was helpful and responded quickly. Very spacious and beautiful space!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe the entire time. There were a couple minor stains on the sheets when we arrived, but we washed them before and after — not a big deal at all and didn’t affect our experience. Super convenient location — only about an $8 Uber to downtown. Overall, 5 stars and would absolutely stay again!

Beverly was very pleasant and friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The accommodations were beautiful. The room is clean and tidy. She supplied a lot of items in the kitchen and bathroom. It's a perfect get away for a couple interested in lying back and enjoying nature. The area was very private and quite. Restaurants are a short drive away. Upon leaving, we spoke with Beverly again and she thanked us for coming and invited us to come again. We will definitely book it again just to get away for a few days to relax. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Maryville, TN. The location was easy to find. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. My host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

The place was beautiful and clean and all the my toddler and I needed. He loved steeping into the River outside the INN. We watched Blippi, handyman Hal and Katie’s Classroom inside the pub connected to where we stayed. Everyone was friendly and it’s bike friendly. We rode the 11mile Cades Cove loop on bike and we went to Tuckaleechee Caverns and it was truly a magical stay and media Teton for us.

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

John was a wonderful and friendly host. We loved the bagels and OJ and the home was very comfortable and clean. We felt the space was much bigger than the pictures suggested, which was a wonderful surprise. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful natural surroundings, but still very close to freeway access, which was like a little hidden gem. Thank you John for a comfortable stay!

So excited to see the mountains every morning. This is why we came to the area in the first place! Great decor and amount of space for two of us. Comfy bed and cute outdoor space we actually made time to use. If you want a place to decompress this is it! Plus Annie is super cute.

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

Beautiful place to stay with an incredible view. It was quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle in Gatlinburg below. If you’re not afraid of heights, you’re on the top!

He was even able to accommodate my request for an early check-in as I had a function to attend that night and needed to get ready. Overall, it was a very pleasurable weekend . Excellent place to stay, beautiful well designed/decorated duplex in very walkable quiet neighborhood, close to hiking/running trails. John and Amanda were super quick to respond to questions and take care of a small issue we had on the last night. Overall: loved it, would stay again!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! We were in town for our daughter’s college orientation and the location was perfect for visiting the UT campus regularly. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and family room were beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable and will definitely stay again!

Excellent. Beautiful sunrises on clear mornings. Fortunately I’m not from The Villages so I was able to easily understand the very clear instructions provided by the hosts! Highly recommend :)

This location was perfect if you plan to visit the campus. Once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Mary was very attentive to make sure we did not need anything or have any questions. We will definitely be returning!
