Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Fort Loudoun Lake

It was simply magnificent. Ham and Terry were excellent hosts. They provided us with great accommodations and were incredibly kind. They were amazing with our giant dog as well. We’ll be back soon.

Irene was amazing and the apartment was absolutely perfect to stay nearby family over Christmas! It meant the world that it was decorated for Christmas and so cozy. The full kitchen was perfect to cook in multiple meals over our trip and Irene even left a popcorn tin as a sweet gift! So thankful and will certainly be back!

We were looking for a hotel close to University of Tennessee. With it being game weekend, the prices were insane. Allison's listing was a reasonable rate per night but a 20 minute drive away from the university so we didn't know if we're going to regret our decision on game day...but we didn't. The place was spacious enough for my son and I with a nice little kitchen/dining area and it was spotless. We had extra linens to use on the pullout couch with super comfy pillows. The hosts even left breakfast bars, oatmeal and coffee out to make our mornings easier. I messaged a couple times before arriving and my questions were answered quickly in a detailed manner and they even gave us restaurant recommendations with we appreciated! If my son winds up attending University of Tennessee next fall we will absolutely be back!

Was a beautiful place in the mountains. We loved waking up to see the bunnies outside and hearing the coyotes in the distance.

Let me tell you this place is so nice and clean!! It’s always very dog friendly which is what we were looking for. Absolutely wonderful!! Had a small backyard that is fenced in and worry free. Nice, roomy and cozy! It was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Absolutely zero issues with anything! I seriously had no complaints which is unusual for me 🤣 she provided so many extras and plenty of necessities! Huge bottles of shampoo and body wash. Plenty of towels, pillows, paper towels and toilet paper. We are planning on going back in the fall! Location is not too far from the parkway which is nice 😊

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The space was very clean and exactly what we needed— cozy and comfortable. Creed was incredibly welcoming and personable in her messages, making us feel right at home before we even arrived. Her communication was excellent, and she provided all the details we needed for a smooth stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Oak Ridge.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY! Angelia’s home has the most beautiful scenery I’ve ever had the privilege to stay at. I was in town to work an event in Maryville, and never wanted to leave the home. The kitchen was perfect for home cooked meals. The beds were comfier than the ones I have at home, and the recliner couch was fantastic for a movie night. The views of the valley are unlike any other. We had rain & shine during our stay and no matter the weather, the mountains and valley were amazing to gaze over. Angelia even provides binoculars which was enjoyable to sight see, as well as maps and recommendations for great hikes near the area. This home is very pet friendly, and the deck was perfect for our pup to sun bathe while we relax and take in the sights. The area is very private, which gave us complete silence to hear the birds chirp and wind rush over the trees below in the valley. I highly recommend staying at this home, and cannot wait until I have the chance to return.

Loved our stay here! Easy to find, far enough out to be away from hustle & bustle, yet still close to conveniences. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and when I discovered one small issue, they resolved it quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the lovely place to stay!

We loved our stay at Jonathan's home. We felt right at home and were blown away by how thoughtful he was with all the details. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The home was impeccably clean and neat. Plenty of parking. He left treats for us in the kitchen. Coffee and supplies were ready, which we appreciated so much! He thought of everything and we said more than once during the stay that we would love to stay there again. Hands down, the best place we've stayed in Oak Ridge, TN. And we go twice a year for rowing regattas, so we're very familiar with the area and rentals.

Great centrally located Condo! Very short drive to the island and lots of restaurants! Lots of space in the Condo. Loved drinking my coffee on the balcony and the kids loved the pool! I definitely recommend this place!

If I could rate higher than 1 5.0, I would. Beautiful unit. Beautiful view. Cozy, warm, quiet. Communication with management was stellar. Incredible response time. Upon arrival, and in a mountain-y area where there was no cell phone coverage, the unit Wi-Fi functionality was addressed immediately, and swiftly. Our daughter was behind us about an hour, and regular cell coverage made it impossible to contact them and direct them in. Wi-Fi was reconciled in the unit immediately, and no connectivity issues persisted. Thank you to Stephanie and her assistants. Thank you for allowing us to stay and have an extremely memorable trip aboard the Polar Express!! Happy Holidays, and Merry Christmas!
