Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fort Loudoun Lake

The property was immaculate. We went to a concert nearby and it was so relaxin to get in the hottub afterwards. The deck area and fire pit was awesome to gather around with friends. Also beds were so comfortable after a long night, and a hot shower before we left was so refreshing. Also the host was great and very quick to respond to any questions.We will definitely be back.

We stayed 2 nights as part of a longer road trip and found everything very comfortable and well appointed. Centrally located and really appreciate the pet friendly hospitality and peaceful neighborhood. Thank you.

When arrived we could not find the pack and play and they had one delivered from Target that night. Always responded quickly. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if in Knoxville.

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! Wonderful location for us. Very clean and comfortable house with everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and having the washer and dryer was great!! Located only 1 mile from shopping and restaurants. Lots of coffee and even detergent for washing clothes. If ever in the area we will definitely try and stay here again!!

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! Great host! Very responsive and place was very clean. It was also close to downtown and the Coliseum. The master bedroom and bath were gorgeous! K cups were provided and ice in freezer were nice. Neighborhood seems up and coming. It is walkable to a few restaurants and businesses. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and we had plenty of room. The location was perfect. You are close to everything in Pigeon Forge but it didn’t feel like it. It was quiet and not overly busy at the resort. Our boys enjoyed the pool and lazy river. You can see Dollywood’s fireworks from the balcony. We watched them 2 nights in a row. You could also see some of their drone show as well. If we travel back to the area we would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Kathleen’s place is exactly as described in the pictures. Very clean, spacious, beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains, close to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Miranda’s for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The space was warm and welcoming, and everything was squeaky clean, which is always appreciated after a day of travel. My daughter especially loved the thoughtful welcome note! The location couldn’t have been more convenient, we were able to walk right across the street to The Island for entertainment and plenty of restaurant options. It was perfect since I didn’t rent a car. Fantastic stay and Highly recommend!

John was a wonderful and friendly host. We loved the bagels and OJ and the home was very comfortable and clean. We felt the space was much bigger than the pictures suggested, which was a wonderful surprise. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful natural surroundings, but still very close to freeway access, which was like a little hidden gem. Thank you John for a comfortable stay!

So excited to see the mountains every morning. This is why we came to the area in the first place! Great decor and amount of space for two of us. Comfy bed and cute outdoor space we actually made time to use. If you want a place to decompress this is it! Plus Annie is super cute.

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

We absolutely loved this place. The room was beautiful, clean and smelled so good! The land was just amazing. We went to the youth rodeo and had such a good time. We would definitely stay here again!

Super great host! VERY informative and sent photos with all the information we needed, LOVE that! Very comforting, super soft bedding, clean, lovely place to stay. Love the fenced in back yard for our golden retriever to play! 10/10 recommend for sure!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was great. It was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was awesome. There were some games there and books. The beds were a little firm, but that is not an issue for me. They are memory foam mattresses and not inner spring mattresses which I greatly appreciate. There were starter packs of things to get us going (soap, DW soap, laundry detergent, etc). The TV is only connected to direct TV. So no streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, etc. Little to no wifi signal at the cabin. Had to go up to the entrance gate at the property to get wifi signal. But most importantly, the location was amazing! 2 min drive to the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, could even be walked. Same for downtown Bryson City, which is adjacent to the railroad station. Cute little downtown with lots of little shops. 15 min drive to Deep Creek for tubing and easy waterfall hike. 20min drive to the Nantahala Outdoor Center. 22 min drive to Dillsboro. So great location to hit lots of cool places. I would definitely stay here again!

I originally booked a different property with BCCR, but a representative contacted me the morning of my check-in to let me know the hot tub wasn’t working at that property. They gave me several alternative options to choose from that were available and had working hot tubs. I was not charged more for the switch even though the one I chose was slightly more expensive. My stay ended up being very pleasant despite it not going as planned, and I was impressed by BCCR’s prompt and helpful communication. The gifted bottle of champagne for NYE was also a nice touch. I would recommend BCCR and the Snuggle Inn to friends and family.

Absolutely Perfect for a Family Gathering Our stay in Bryson City was phenomenal. The views alone are worth the trip—breathtaking mountain panoramas in every direction. But what really set this Airbnb apart was how thoughtfully everything was set up for a large, extended family to relax and reconnect. The gathering spaces—both indoors and out—were stunning and comfortable, perfect for everything from morning coffee to late-night games and conversations under the stars. The yard games and the game room kept the kids entertained for hours, and the coffee bar was a huge hit with everyone. The sound system and music setup made it easy to set the mood wherever we were. The unobstructed views of the pristine Smoky Mountains from the hot tub were beyond what we imagined. You can tell the hosts put real care into creating an experience. We made amazing memories here, and we’re already checking our calendars for when we can make it back.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Daniel and Kelley's place even though it was just a couple of days. The accommodations were perfect for the 4 of us. They were wonderful hosts who communicated everything we needed to know. I would definitely stay again.

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

We had a wonderful 4 night spring break! The house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool with the kids each night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The location could not have been better. It was a short drive into Gatlinburg to walk around and shop. We also drove into Pigeon Forge for Dollywood one day. That’s a little longer drive but very easy. We will definitely be renting again.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Victor & Tammy's cabin. the place looked brand new, the view was incredible, and it felt like home. We've already shared the listing with friends and hope to return in the near future.
