Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. Just a few minutes' walk away there are free beaches with changing rooms and one with a snack bar. Wörthersee Plus Card with beach resort package included.

Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Klein aber fein mit einem 50m2 großen Garten, wo du auf der Terrasse die Seele baumeln lassen kannst. Das neu renovierte Appartement besticht durch sein klares Design und seine Gemütlichkeit. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kannst du durch ein großes Panoramafenster ins Grüne blicken.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.

The modern apartment with a living space of approx. 80 m² impresses with its central location – only about 3 minutes' walk from the heart of Velden. A special highlight is the private jetty on the Wörthersee, which is about 1 km from the apartment and is exclusively available for free use.

Techelweg vacation home - near Lake Hafner

My apartment is simple but cozy and offers enough space for 5 people. It is very quiet and it has everything in it that makes the vacation pleasant. The beautiful Lake Hafner can be reached in 20 minutes on foot via a forest path! Lake Keutschach and Lake Wörthersee are minutes by car.
