Very clean, comfortable place to stay. A great place to base yourself to reach other villages in the Tuscany region. The villa was very warm for our winter stay.

Our stay at this home in the heart of Tuscany was simply wonderful. The house is situated in the middle of a forest, which gave us every morning the sound of the birds upon awakening, creating an atmosphere of peace and total connection with nature. The terrace was very spacious and comfortable, perfect to enjoy outdoor breakfasts surrounded by tranquility. The house was impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. In addition, the host, Lorenzo, has been exceptional: always attentive to any need that could arise and, as a detail that we value very much, he even bought us coffee on the last day. Definitely an experience to repeat. Highly recommended!

Antonella and her family live on the premises. Antonella was super nice and helpful! She welcomed us very nicely and regularly asked in between if we needed anything and gave us many tips. The apartment is very well equipped, also shampoo, toilet paper, spices, paper towels, etc. We had some bad luck with the weather, so it was very cold, in summer this is probably an advantage. The apartment and garden are very well maintained, so we enjoyed our time even in the rain. Wifi was also suitable for home office with video conferencing. By car, you can reach Pistoia in about 15 minutes, from where you can also take the train to many cities.

Landlord was so helpful also view is good. The last 5 minutes driving was rough since the road decreased to one lane and it was not lighting. If you will go after sunset I suggest to follow his instructions.
