Clean and quiet house. Amazing exterior with a nice terrace. Very functional. Olga is very responsive and welcoming. Too bad the pool was cold at that time but it looks amazing. The only downside is that there is a bit of humidity inside but you have to remember to ventilate well all day.

The house is in a great location, spacious, clean and with very good amenities. The owner, Francisco, is an affable and very friendly person, who we publicly appreciate the treatment he gave us to the end. Thank you so much for everything, Francisco.

Very nice, centrally located accommodation. Unfortunately a bit too loud due to the delivery traffic of the opposite Supermarlt. Viktoria was the perfect host, easy to reach, very attentive, friendly and responsive. If you don't want to spend the whole day at the property, a top tip.

We immediately felt comfortable in the accommodation and luckily we were able to check in right after arrival and before 3 PM. The host always responded extremely quickly to messages, always helped us and gave us great tips. We were there with a toddler and the apartment was super suitable for it. The pool is little used, which is why we always had it to ourselves. The sea was also very nice and quick to reach on foot. A very great stay and a place that is highly recommended.

Jero is a great host, the check-in was uncomplicated and flexible due to the key safe. The apartment is centrally located, you can reach everything on foot. Everything was clean and nicely furnished, we felt right at home. In addition, Jero gave us good tips on excursions and good restaurants. I'm sure we'll be back :)

Stunning villa, excellent facilities, clean and well maintained, modern and bright - would 100% stay again. Excellent service by Johannes and Felix - always very responsive and provided lots of excellent local beach and restaurant recommendations. 5* all around, many thanks!

The apartment is great for a family. The development has a pool, garden that were ready already in April. the kitchen has a dishwasher and everything you need. Everything was as described in the listing. We've been very comfortable. Jaume has been very kind and attentive. If we can, we'll repeat.

Rosi's place is perfect for peace and relaxation, with unique views of sunsets being just a few minutes from Ciutadella. It has all the amenities you might need for a longer stay and the beach nearby is almost like a private cove, just for the residents. We would love to be back sometime.

Francisco is a very friendly host. He helped us with our questions and provided useful information about everything we needed. The apartment is very nice, spacious, bright and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The beds are convenient. We can definitely highly recommend Francisco's apartment.
