Holiday rentals with a patio in Fornells

The place is exactly what we were looking for and what you can see in the listing. The development where the house is located is spotless, very familiar and quiet and can be parked without problems. I was going with a little girl who really enjoyed the pool (super clean, and with lifeguard for many hours). The area is very very touristy, but we already knew it when booking (we prioritized the comforts of the environment and that with the car you are as close to Ciutadella as brick). For Javier's attention we can only have nice words. He is very friendly and very responsive, and helped us with everything! A 10! Thank you so much for everything!

Great! I recommend it, the apartment is superb. Well located, as described and the pool is a real plus. We are delighted with our stay and we are already looking forward to returning!

We really liked Cala Radjada. There are great restaurants and great beaches ... for our group of 4 girls, the accommodation of Thomas & Petra had the perfect location. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

We had 7 wonderful days in the cozy apartment. Although it was already quite hot during the day at the beginning of June, you could ventilate well at night. There is also air conditioning. The humidity in Menorca can be very high. From the balcony (with awning) you have a beautiful view of the sea. Directly behind the apartment is the pool in the beautifully landscaped and quiet garden. Parking is sufficiently available. The area is very steep, you should be a good walker. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the sea. The apartment has everything you need. Gas stove (no oven), large refrigerator, small appliances and washing machine, beach equipment with umbrella and binoculars. The cleanliness was okay, not quite perfect. Carmen was always quick to reach, very friendly and could give good recommendations. Muchas Gracias.

We loved our stay at Ignasi's! The location is ideal because it is really close to the city centre of Ciutadella & close to the sea, the environment is particularly quiet and the neighbourhood is very residential! With shops, restaurants and a beach also within walking distance. The accommodation is really very clean and everything you need is available. The outdoor layout is perfect for good times and rest (dining table, seating area and deckchair area) A big advantage is the ease of parking a car! In short, no doubt that we will return during a future stay in Menorca!

Recommended. The apartment and the development are very nice, and it is located very close to the beach. Very good option for enjoying a few quiet days. The accommodation is as shown in the photos, except for the chairs and table on the terrace, which are not there. Also, being two of us seemed very spacious and comfortable. I would repeat!

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic holiday and the apartment was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The location was ideal – peaceful, yet close to everything. A special bonus: there were toys for the kids, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable as a family. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time at Chloë and Philippe's place. The house is large, bright and the decoration neat. The environment is very peaceful, the view is clear. Communication with Philippe and Chloë was very fluid and friendly! I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Dreamy stay - well equipped and located place. My standouts: sunny breakfast on the terrace in the morning; a short drive from Ciutadella but also walkable distance to many shops, restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. Just as advertised, plus the small details like Tupperware’s, beach towels and parasol available to pack for picnics. Thanks to the host :) would highly recommend!

We were delighted to find so many things included in the package. A well maintained pool, a super jacuzzi, everything you could ever need in the kitchen ( that we frequently used ) aircon in most rooms. Double glassing all over. The locality has a host of restaurants and bars within minutes as well as supermarkets with freshly baked bread. Yet the area of the villa is mainly quiet The beach is well reported on line and is brilliant. We highly recommend this villa.

We were very well received by Séraphin when we arrived. He showed us the house and told us everything there was to discover in the area (beaches, restaurants, shops). The house is perfect and faithful to the photos in the listing. We really enjoyed the pool with our children and the little extra, the ping pong table located in the shade. We highly recommend this rental.

We had a fantastic stay at Federico's apartment! He is incredibly generous and accommodating, nakig sure everything was perfect for our family of three, including our 7-month-old baby. The apartment is super well-equipped with everything we needed, and we felt right at home. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend staying here!

Apartment ideally located to visit Menorca, beautiful sea view and very quiet, everything was perfect.

2-13 June 25. Nacho and Leticia were fabulous! great coms and good English. Lots of recommendations. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. VERY peaceful place (approx 20 ground floor apartments), so much so that it was like having our own private pool 95% of the time! Restaurants and well stocked supermarkets in walking distance, however, we hired a car and explored! Go to Cala Santadria and Restaurant Sa Nacra (splash out and have the lobster broth for 2)... it won't disappoint! and the restaurant is fab, great sunset! walk past it and go down the paths to the rocks, so beautiful and great for sun bathing, swimming and snorkelling and go further round to Sa Caleta. We also hired a couple of mountain e-bikes (from near the supermarkets) and did the 'easy route' (not so easy) but stunning and lots more awesome coves and beaches (take food and water!). Overall, a lovely relaxing and peaceful stay that really did the job! Thank you Nacos and Leticia xxx

We had a great stay for 9 nights with our 3 year old toddler recently. The apartment was beautiful, in a quiet area of the town, walking distance to beach, supermarket and restaurants. There were so many conveniences to the apartment, toys for kids, large garden with sun loungers and other furniture to sit, things for the beach etc, everything has been well thought out to provide a relaxing space after a long ( hot ! ) day exploring. The apartment is suitable for anyone, but if you have kids, you would struggle to find a more perfect place to stay in the area. We will definitely be returning! And Thanks Andrea and Vick, you were great hosts and was lovely to meet you. This was an air bnb done right!
