Everything reflected Alberto's description. Quiet area, second floor apartment overlooking a nice park and a beautiful livable terrace. Great private parking and on foot you can reach the beautiful center of Formigine in a few minutes. I also highly recommend it for more days because it is in a strategic position... near Maranello if you want to visit the Ferrari museum and close to other beautiful areas to visit. Final review..highly recommended.

Very clean apartment, well furnished with recent furniture. Two bathrooms one Czech and one window with washing machine and hairdryer. Induction stove with dish washer. Large living room. with smart TV. Two bedrooms complete with large closets and TVs. Easy entry system with smartphone. Quiet area on the cul-de-sac. Easy parking. Close to two shopping centers including a coop within walking distance.
