The apartment is arranged over two levels: On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a living room, bathroom and kitchenette; on the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with an additional single bed and a small balcony. For both floors, the ceiling height is 2 metres. There is a €20 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 pm. For stays of more than 4 nights, utilities are not included in the accommodation fee (check-in/check-out) and are charged at a price agreed upon at the time of booking. The tourist tax is $2.50 per person per night for up to 10 nights.

An excellent starting point for visiting the city, Serapo Beach, medieval Gaeta and Via dell'Indipendenza, all of which can be reached in 10/15 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car.

Grazie alla posizione centrale di questo alloggio, l'intero gruppo potrà accedere, anche se non vieni in macchina ,facilmente a tutte le attrazioni locali inoltre a pochi passi c'è la stazione ferroviaria, la fermata degli autobus e il porto da cui partono i traghetti per isole pontine, supermercato Conad, negozi, ristoranti , pizzerie e bar per il tuo aperitivo. In 10 minuti di cammino sei in spiaggia .Grande e confortevole adatto a famiglie e gruppi che amano avere i propri spazi e privacy
