Great place to recommend.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

Annalisa is a charming hostess. She is very friendly and gave us lots of little tips to make our stay go smoothly. The space was spacious and spotless . The exteriors are pleasant. Parking space is a plus . A bus station is right next to the property as well as a large supermarket . It's very convenient .

Alessandra's Place was quiet, clean and in a great location. would recommend it and would stay there again. the host was easy to reach when we had questions and had great suggestions to what was around the neighborhood.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

This is a spacious and comfortable house with a beautiful garden and pool area. It was all exactly as described. Our host was very helpful. Rome and other areas were easily accessible by car. Would absolutely recommend. ❤️

Cosy apartment with real fire

This is the prettiest house we have stayed in Italy and the floor to ceiling windows are great for watching the sunset.The washroom and bed sheets were clean and had plenty of heaters.The kitchen utensils and washing machine-related supplies are fully equipped with simple condiments. The house is quiet, the audio with Bose in the living room can be connected to Bluetooth, and the glass soundproofing is great to not have to worry about disturbing the neighbors.The whole neighborhood is quiet and safe.Nearby subway stations and supermarkets are convenient. The host was very welcoming and contacted us ahead of time and asked if there was a need for airport pickup.Finally met downstairs of the apartment to show us the various facilities in the house.Communication in English was very smooth, I had a great trip to Rome, and would choose to stay here if I came back.

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Andrea is very friendly and helpful. The property is perfect for excursions to Rome: in 30 minutes you are in the city center by train.

This place is in a convenient location. We spent a lot of time in the garden, enjoying the tranquility. We had everything we needed and experienced the trip in a serene and carefree way. Thank you so much.

strategic location for getting to both the sea and Rome in a few minutes! the house is clean and cozy, kitchen and bathroom equipped in every detail. We did not meet Daniela in person but on the phone she was very helpful, the check-in was done by Tommaso who was efficient and punctual. If I wanted to go back there, I'd choose it again!

Aure and Max welcomed us very warmly. The beautiful property invites you to relax through the old olive trees. We were particularly pleased that we were allowed to use the vegetable garden created by Aure and Max. It is very quiet and the accommodation is divided in such a way that we were allowed to use one half of the garden alone and privately. The interiors had everything we needed. Within walking distance is the campsite in the neighborhood. There is a beautiful beach and lake access here. Everything else is easily accessible by car. Aure gave us a lot of recommendations as a guide and there were also some interesting books about Rome and the Bracciano area at the property. The only suggestion for improvement would be the water supply. Overall, we were very satisfied and had a relaxed and great time with Aure and Max. We will be happy to come back !!

Excellent place to relax after the long day out of the town. Peaceful neighborhood, few restaurants at walking distance. Short walk to the metro station. Very spacious with three large bedrooms and two large bad rooms. The place was spotless and kitchen is big enough for seven of us. Edoardo let us stay little longer after our flight was delayed. If you travel with large group or family this is the place for you.

Emilia’s place is in a very good location, perfectly situated between termini and the colosseum and walkable to the main attractions around Rome. There are great restaurants, cafes and gelaterias nearby at affordable prices. The place itself is very clean and Emilia was very accommodating. I would 100% recommend Emilia’s place to friends and family who wish to visit Rome.

We stayed for 3 nights in this accommodation during the May 1st bridge. The apartment is very nice and well furnished, the location is excellent as it is very close to Piazzale Caravaggio from where you can easily reach the center of Rome. Alessandro was very friendly during our stay. Surely if we go back to Rome we will choose it again.

Experience tunic great service

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

We had a wonderful stay. The place had everything we needed. We were quite comfortable and having a washing machine was extremely helpful. It was easy to get to public transport and both Massimo and Simone were super fast at responding any questions. We will definitely be back again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot in Rome.

Rosana seemed to be an acquaintance for years, very confident and gave us information maybe for the next visits since we stayed on New Year's Eve and everything was rightly closed... a few kilometers away is the magicland amusement park... she also made us find a beautiful bottle of sparkling red wine from home that unfortunately we forgot... 😂I highly recommend it
