Monthly Rentals in Forked River, Lacey Township

Very clean little studio. Plenty of room for two people. Miguel provided us with entry instructions prior to arrival and everything went smoothly!

We were in the process of moving back to New Jersey from Florida and needed a place to stay for 2 months so we could find a new house and go through the purchasing process. Carolina's place is in the same town that we wanted to move to. I can't say enough about how kind and accomodating both Carolina and Frank were. They treated us as if we were family. And the accommodations are just lovely! It was a blessing to stay at Caroline's place. I highly recommend it.

It was an absolutely beautiful location. The scenery, the spaces: the patio and rooftop were so enjoyable. The host was responsive. There are many restaurants within 1 mile to enjoy. If you want to take your mind off of your mind, this is the destination. One consideration is that there is a gas station next door so, at times, there is an influx of that smell. At times, you don’t smell it at all.

Joe and Cara were both amazing hosts, and made my experience only that much better than I had anticipated during my 3 month stay. I cannot write a better recommendation. Both Joe and Cara were extremely sweet from day one and the cottage felt very much like home. The cottage had everything you would need. It was well stocked and equipped. I honestly cannot think of anything was not available during my long term stay. The place itself is very clean and displayed even more beautifully. The pictures don’t do it justice. Located in a very peaceful neighborhood and the communication was on point. My favorite part would be the views from the backyard and the sunsets were honestly, breathtaking. This experience was such a gem and I would 100% stay again and recommend others as well. I cannot thank Joe and Cara enough. Truly a memorable experience.
