We offer a furnished convenient 1-bedroom apartment for 1-2 people south of the Thuringian Forest. Our apartment is very comfortable and also has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. The room is suitable for relaxing, sleeping and working. It has a cozy couch for up to 2 people. The kitchen has a rustic flair with a small table and two chairs. To the bathroom belongs a new shower, sink and a toilet. In the summer-time you can also use the terrace to enjoy the sun just outside of the apartement. In summer, you can explore countless trails in the Thuringian Forest. Unwind and enjoy in surrounding traditional pubs with traditional Thuringian and Franconian cuisine. In winter, there are many cross-country ski and skating trails. You can practice your winter sports actively or just take a relaxing walk in fresh and crispy winter air. For Cross-country skiers there is a variety of difficulties available, from simple to challenging trails. For skiers and snowboarders nearby slopes also rank from simple to challenging. At ski arena Silbersattel in Steinach, only 15 minutes drive from us, you can get the kick out of winter sports, even if you are just beginner. The area further offers the residence of Coburg (Bavaria), the Upper Main-Therme Bad Staffelstein (Bavaria) and the Meiningen Theater which are all worth a visit. Since we live next door to the apartment and are very familiar with the area, we also give you information about outdoor activities and other attractions in the area. A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

It is only a few minutes' walk to the edge of the forest and to the starting point of "Hikeable Germany" and the adventure playground for the little ones is only 100m away.

The Fichtenloft is a newly built, detached vacation home (living space of about 70 square meters) and the name says it all: The interior was lovingly and high-quality designed with local woods, among other things. The large, open, approx. 40 sqm living room has a "loft character." A wooden staircase leads up to the gallery. There is also the so-called "bird's nest" as a second romantic bedroom. The Fichtenloft is unique in some respects: You can relax wonderfully on a hammock.

A whirlpool and sauna are available🧖🏽‍♀️ for your personal wellness break (each €50/day, use until 10:00 pm in accordance with legal rest periods). 🔥Fancy a cozy BBQ? Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place. You have a small cottage in the old town of Sonneberg. Ideal for hiking. Parking in the street possible free of charge. Bus stop and nearby shopping. The small bathroom has a bathtub and a large sink. Washing machine is available. There is bedroom with 2 beds. A large double bed and one single bed. A snoring room, also often used as a teen room, can be set up on request. The room has a single bed.

A bed under the star tent! If you enter the yurt, you are immediately enchanted by the unique sense of space of this completely round dwelling. Unlike in the square rooms we used to, the view can wander unhindered here. You feel welcome, sheltered and somehow immediately comfortable. It's hard to describe in words what makes the fascination of a  yurt - you have to experience it for yourself!

Enjoy the distant view of the Franconian Forest if you are looking for a few days away from the hustle and bustle. The newly completed cottage has been lovingly furnished and offers high comfort, nestled on the mountain of the nature park. Numerous hiking and cycling trails invite you to sporting activities. A few kilometers away, you can relax in the thermal baths.
