A great stay at Philippe's! The accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped . Philippe is a responsive host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is quiet while being close to amenities. I would highly recommend it!

What a wonderful place and what a lovely people! Jeannine and her husband made us feel welcome right away. We had a fantastic time. The environment, the tranquility, the swimming pool, the nice clean cottage , including delicious bed and fantastic shower made everything a a particularly beautiful experience that is certainly worth repeating!

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

We spent 4 wonderful days in this cottage with my sister and we have an unforgettable memory of it. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kattie, who was able to be present while remaining discreet, which made our stay very enjoyable. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs. The cottage itself is simply beautiful, perfectly maintained and decorated with taste. Every detail has been thought out to provide optimal comfort and create a relaxing atmosphere. It is a real dream place, ideal to recharge your batteries and enjoy moments of tranquility. Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Small, fine accommodation with modern, very well-equipped kitchen and beautiful garden. It is located at a sufficient distance from the tourist centres for a truly quiet holiday, and yet everything can be reached quickly by car. We felt very comfortable there. Thanks to Damien's instructions, which arrived before arrival, the holiday home was easy to find. He answered questions immediately.

Very good stay with Françoise and her husband. Very clean and functional accommodation. The hosts live next door but are very discreet and caring. I highly recommend this small, very well decorated and welcoming cottage!

Absolutely lovely place to stay and the hot tub was easy to use. Lots of restaurants within 15 minutes despite feeling totally “in the woods” - our only audible neighbors were bees, a very meowy cat and a sheep. there’s an excellent thrift store just ten minutes drive south.

We had a pleasant quiet stay, punctuated by short walks around the pond with our dogs.

We had a wonderful stay. Yvonne and Gus were very welcoming, a big thank you for the welcome pack (eggs, bread, etc.). We particularly enjoyed having our own space (bedroom, bathroom, toilet). The garden area is pleasant for relaxing, with a beautiful view of the surroundings.

Peaceful accommodation in a green setting. Josselin, nearby, is a very pretty and lively town.

The place is very beautiful, quiet and soothing and the house is beautiful, practical and pleasant. We were really able to enjoy nature and with the bikes rented at La Trinité sur Mer it is possible to visit lots of interesting sites. Great location, we loved this place!!!

Beautiful location with panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Very natural and relaxing spot to unwind watching the neighbours goats and listen to crickets. Lots of personal touches with the interior design of the home, extremely comfortable bed, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy breakfasts and BBQ. Warm and friendly welcome from our host and family.

Warm welcome. Home exceeded expectations, large and individual with all privacy. Modern furnishings and all comforts. There was only no air conditioning; but the heat wave during our stay was rare.
