We were one of the first properties in Angus to receive our mandatory Scottish Short Term Lets licence Unique Licence No. AN-01077-F EPC RATING: D Weavers’ Loft is a spacious (113 sq m) two bedroomed property conveniently situated in a quiet side street, a 1 minute walk to a well stocked Co-op supermarket, close to Kirriemuir’s shops, cafes, pubs and takeaways, and half a mile from Kirriemuir Golf Club. It is a 12 minute drive to Forfar, 35 min to Dundee, and 40 minutes to beautiful beaches.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property has recently been refurbished and is light, bright and welcoming.Accessed by two steps,internally the house is all on one level, with a deck leading out from the living room to the front, which faces west giving views of wonderful skies and sunsets. Guests are welcome to use any of the herbs growing in the enclosed rear garden. Although bordered by a road at the rear, any slight noise from the light traffic is muffled by a fence and trees.

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
