This lovely converted farm cottage/annex makes the perfect stay for anyone looking to explore the local area within the South Downs National Park. The cottage is surrounded by an abundance of footpaths and bridlepaths which can be accessed directly from the farm. This cottage is sure to provide you with a cosy stay in front of the log burner. If you are bringing pets please note the garden is not enclosed and they must be kept on a lead whilst on the property. Additional logs available to buy.

Self contained annexe 10 minutes from Goodwood, Chichester centre & theatre. Close to beaches at Wittering & sailing in the harbour. Twin beds which join to make a superking and small double sofabed in main room. Connected bedroom has double bed and shares the bathroom - great for family or close friends. Annexe has kitchen, shower room ensuite, TV, WiFi, dishwasher, fridge freezer washerdryer, hairdryer, ironing board & tennis court. Breakfast included. We welcome pets by prior arrangement.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.

The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
