The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Newly refurbished, we accommodate a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children (no adult groups). Seeking a quiet rural base to explore Cambridge, the wonders of Suffolk, Thetford Forest or a wedding at Chippenham Park? A mile from A11/A14, Paddock View is a bright self contained private first floor annex with a private garden & patio. Separate double bedroom + ensuite shower room. Main living space has sofa bed & a chair bed for 2 children. Kitchen area has all that you need for a self contained stay.

Isleham village and Mildenhall stadium are a 30 minute walk away. The village has pubs, Co-Op store, restuarant and take away. Next to the marina there is an award-winning farm butchers and farm shop. Please note: there are space saving steps to the upstairs single beds and limited head room. Deep water.

The cottage is situated in a historic racehorse training yard within walking distance of the middle of Newmarket. Newmarket is the centre of horse racing and this property is perfectly situated for visitors who want to go racing, to Tattersalls or just visit the town. The cottage has it's own separate entrance and is equipped with a kettle, oven, coffee machine, wifi and a large smart TV.

A newly renovated Studio Flat 5 miles from Newmarket, 20 miles to Cambridge. It has a fully equipped kitchen, (it does not have a hob, it does have a conventional oven / microwave) , a Washing machine, Shower room, and Double Bed. It has its own access with Car parking on private drive. The Studio has high speed internet and TV with various sports channels. Tea Coffee and Milk offered as standard We are happy to accept pets, for a small fee.

Unique hidden country gem - The Little Goat Shed

The Little Goat Shed is a lovely annexe to our period home which is set in half an acre adjacent to a historic parish church and off the village high street so very private. Guests have a garden area to enjoy with table and chairs for alfresco dining. An ideal weekend base or stopover for a few days. The kitchen does not have an oven or hob but has an air fryer, microwave etc.

The Cartlodge

The cartlodge is in the grounds of our home and we are available if you need advice on surrounding area and general queries. But your will have the privacy of your own space The property is set behind electric gates and has lovely views of the Suffolk countryside. It’s 5 mins drive in to Bury st Edmunds our beautiful market town.
