We were so pleased with this house. It was beautiful inside. The front entrance was as nice as it showed on the flyer. We were able to use the pool, probably one day because of family gatherings, but the backyard was wonderful. All three bedrooms were beautiful. Everything was spotless the kitchenwas well stocked with anything you would need to cook with. It was in a wonderful location of Carmichael and very close to different restaurants and Hoffman Park was a wonderful area.

Our group of pickleball friends had a fantastic long weekend at Cynthia’s! We visited so many pickleball courts nearby, and mid-day we cooled down and relaxed by the pool. Cynthia’s home was the perfect place for us, very spacious, super comfortable and very accessible to all kind of eateries and activities. It was a plus that each room had direct access to the backyard, so we can all come and go outside however we pleased without disrupting the rest of the group, especially our friend who was sleeping in the pull-out couch. He said it was a comfy one too! Thank you, Cynthia, for making us feel so welcome!

We stayed for 2 nights only, wish it was a longer stay. House is beautiful and very roomy, plenty of space for my family of 8. Hosts are responsive and friendly. Convenient location, close to a lot of restaurants, fast foods, drug stores, etc.

Ginger and her husband are lovely people and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is truly enjoyable. The house is so well appointed with everything that you need and more! It’s absolutely beautifully decorated and the pool and hot tub are amazing. There’s plenty of space in the yard to play games and have a great time. Our family truly enjoyed our stay, and we hope one day we might be able to return.

Great home to stay in the Citrus Heights area. We had a little trouble getting in but they were very responsive and helpful! Rooms stayed a little warmer than the rest of the house and there were no dish towels but other than that, the stay was great!

Great house for our family of 8. Lots of space and large yard. Serguei was quick to respond to my questions. Would definitely book again.

My mother and I stayed at Evangeline’s place and I can’t say enough about this place beautifully decorated , the kitchen and rooms are a great size and the beds and pillows are top notch! My mother is older and likes it quiet and this place is on a street with no through traffic. Minutes from Target and Walmart all the fast food and sit down restaurants are all in close proximity to the property. And the host extremely responsive each room has its own heat/air unit not that it didn’t work but I just didn’t understand how to turn the air conditioning on in my space after reaching out to Evangeline for some help she sent not 1 but 2 different high quality room fans for my convenience. I highly recommend this property for your next Sacramento stay

Andrei’s place was great! The hot tub was a great touch and the beds were super comfortable. Our daughter really enjoyed the kids playground out back! Would recommend staying here to anyone!

I have stayed in dozens of AirBnB homes since retiring 12 years ago, but this is (by far) in my top 2%! It was SO peaceful; the home itself is filled with light and beauty throughout -- and the neighborhood is also very quiet. A perfect retreat from the world, while still being close to everything you could want (markets, shopping centers, etc). I cannot wait to return, and wish I could give it more than 5 stars! PS - My dog loved the yard. Well laid out, with a nice dirt area so "pets can be pets" to their heart's content!

The place was amazing and really beautiful inside and on the outside. The side yard was so beautiful, every morning we’d see birds and squirrels by the trees which made the area look surrounded by nature. The house was perfect for two-four people to hang out and chill as well.

I had a great stay for the night. Very peaceful, and comfortable. Andry was a great host. I appreciate everything, and I’d stay here again for sure. Thank you!

It was a very cozy and beautiful place. If you’re looking to rent somewhere away from the city, then this is the place. Laura was especially responsive during our stay and helped us along the ways.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Roseville home! It was super clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The house had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals, to fun games that kept everyone entertained. The open layout was perfect for hanging out as a group, and all the rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The location was great quiet, convenient, and felt really safe, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Stephanie was a wonderful host very responsive and made check-in and communication easy from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

This is our third time staying at this place. Cleaning and well furnished. Enough rooms and beds for 3 families. Nice backyard! We will definitely come back again if we are in town. Thanks for hosting us!

Smooth as glass, easy, comfortable. Host was superb.

The place is solid for a family that is cool staying in a bit of a hairy neighborhood. I was thankful the parking was in the far back because I was in a very expensive conversion van. It was tough to find food after 9pm... ended up finding a roach coach down the street. Place was clean inside, walls are a little scuffed up but whatever. Had a couple beverages in the fridge which is nice touch. Was a bit hot, the portable AC helped a bit... but was a bit hot in the room with fan on. Shower was nice, bathroom has toiletries in case you forget yours which is thoughtful. Deon seems like a nice host, but there's a partner who responded to me a bit snarky when I didn't understand it cost extra to bring your dog. I only saw that dogs were allowed. Told me she could charge me $250 bucks for breaking their rules but decided to just allow me to pay the $65 fee for having a dog. $410 bucks for two nights? ehh might just get a pet friendly hotel next time since I travel solo.

The home was super comfortable! The outdoor space was one of my favorite parts! Tons of hummingbirds to see! Having a large group like I did the house was spacious and full of potential to host. There were several TV's and lounge areas it was a great get away. So close to Folsom Lake, and San Francisco!

I booked Carolyn’s Place for my family to stay when they were visiting me for my graduation and it fit the description provided on the app. As soon as we entered we settled right in and it felt right at home. Carolyn was more than happy to help us with even small inconvenience and was always very responsive and even offered to extend our check-out provided no one was renting the unit (tho we didn’t need it and left early). Everything in the house was available to us and exactly as described. It easily accommodated 5 people as shown and was in a friendly neighborhood as well. Overall Carolyn’s place was amazing and made us feel safe. Carolyn’s responsiveness and the place’s atmosphere made our trip even more memorable. I would definitely recommend to stay at her hidden home and would love to visit again!
